Ordered this after seeing Ads big mistake. I'm sure the photos they use are all photoshopped. Does not hid wrinkles or dark spots under my eyes. Total waste of money. Will stick to maybelline Dream Mousse in future.

I absolutely love this foundation!
In the past, I tried brand after brand without results. I have very fair skin with age spots. I use a very small amount and get awesome results. Just right match to skin and covers all imperfections. When it says 24 hour coverage it does not misrepresent. I put it on in the morning and it lasts until I take it off in the evening.
Honestly, I no longer have to search for the best “go to” product. I found it.

The foundation took forever to arrive and when it did the bottle was almost empty. It didn't leak out in the mail because the bottle was clean.
I want my money refunded but I will probably not see it.
Just stay away from this site and save your money.

Bought 2 bottles of this foundation to try as they 100% guarantee to refund if not happy with the product. This was not for me,to thick and not suited to my skin. Have sent 5 emails to request a refund and NO reply so far....somehow I don't think I'll get one. Avoid this company, customer service is non existent. I wish I had read the reviews first and not bought this product. Waste of money !!!!

I order one of their products and, after a lengthy time the product came and it not have a return address in the packaging. However there was an address on the outside so that is where I returned my product and they informed me I could not get a refund, because I returned to the wrong address. Not at all happy with this company.

This is my response from them when I sent my product back to them.
We have reviewed your situation and need to clarify a critical detail regarding returns. The address you used to return the item is not our official return address; it is a fallback address used by USPS drivers in case of delivery issues. It is not the address where returns should be sent for received products.

All returns must be sent to our official return address in California, and customers must contact us before initiating a return to ensure the correct procedures are followed, which you did not do. Since the item was sent to the wrong address without prior communication, we are unable to process a refund.

Unfortunately, because the package was returned incorrectly and without authorization from us, we cannot issue a refund - as we don't have possession over the product.

I have been using Lanera, for over twelve months now and would not buy anything else. The coverage is fabulous, complete coverage without being heavy. I am 56 with freckles and it doesn’t sit in my wrinkles or go patchy later in the day. I love it. Initially I tried one colour but now I have both nude and beige buff and it is a perfect combination for my skin colour. I just adjust the quantities depending on the season. Five stars great product.

Didn't like foundation and asked to return under the 30 day money back guarantee. Messages went back and forth, they wanted to offer me a different shade. Eventually, they agreed to a refund if I sent it back. As I purchased on a UK website, I assumed it would be returned to a UK address. NO, return address is California! Avoid at all costs.

I have been trying to get a hold of anyone to talk to about my order.It was spilled out of the bottle when I got it,took pics like they asked,nothing!!!!.On top of that it was awful.Very thick and the color was way off.Do not buy,run fast away

This was like pancake make up for a play. It might work to cover blemishes and dark spots, but the color was way off. Don’t buy it!

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. It is way too thick and does not live up to any of the promises. I am very disappointed and am asking for a refund. Supposedly, it is guaranteed, so we shall see.

Firstly, I didn't realise it was coming from china until I received the shipping details (their offices are in NY). Items arrived (two foundations, intended mixing them). One was too dark, as expected, and the lighter one was only a quarter full, and had signs of being used! The consistency is so thick and didn't do what it claimed. I did a test patch on my jaw/chin, tried to remove with cleansing balm, then soap, face wash, cleanser to no avail, and finally it came off with washing up liquid and a little help from a scrub daddy 😩 Emailed them, no reply. Opened a case with PayPal, no reply. Escalated case with PayPal, no reply 🫣 Thinking of contacting the credit card company next week. My advice would be to stay well away!

Do NOT buy this product! Recieved from China in plain box and the pump doesn't work, so can't get product out of the bottle!! For the price you would expect much better! Who knows what is in this product. I'm waiting for a response from the company, but as yet nothing! I'm not holding my breath waiting for a refund!

Terrible company. I ordered on May 22 and still haven’t received. They claim tied up in customs. Comes from China. Had I know that I would not have ordered I read others are having or had same problem. I didn’t even want to do one star but had no choice

Lanara is not made in the United States like they claim. My package came from China. That's why they take so long and don't accept returns.

I ordered lanara foundation 2weeks ago ,I am still waiting to receive it, and haven't had any updates ,so not very impressed

I like the makeup. I agree that some are too pale but coverage is good. Delivery way too long still waiting on my delivery

Made my whole face break out! I DO not recommend, especially if you have sensitive skin. Who knows what they are putting in these products from CHINA!
I had no idea it was made in China!

If it was possible to give no stars at all for communication, then I would.
Beware! The colours are NOT as represented in the chart.
The PEACH is much lighter, and the NUDE is almost white.
I actually liked the texture, and you only need a bit.
I have contacted them twice now, by email. However they have not acknowledged or replied to my emails.
Very poor customer service .
Still not heard from them - would not use this firm again.

I looked like a dead person. It was cakey and went into every wrinkle on my face. I want to return for a refund.
