Refund my money! There isn't a way to talk to anyone- no phone number. The website doesn't work. What a rip off!

Do not be sucked in with this product!
Horrible on skin, not what their advertising says at all. They then tell you that you need to moisturise and prime your skin well….as if I need to be told that! The product is thick and very drying on the skin even with the smallest amount.
Tried to return for there money back guarantee but total waste of time
Was sent from china but was given an Ohio, USA address to return, not worth the cost involved and going by a lot of people they still got no refund so was out of pocket even more.
Now the communication has just stopped with them
Massive scam! Don’t do it

If you don't have wrinkles this may be excellent makeup for you. It does settle in the creases.

I have been a makeup artist 15 years. This foundation makes me look older than I am, brings out lines I didn't even know I had!! Awful

Unfortunately I received the two shades suggested to find it absolutely awful. Felt like clay on my skin and a horrible dry, aged looking skin. I looked at the ingredients on the box. Horrified! Awful heavy chemicals!
Into the bin it goes.
Annoyed for yet again another Facebook ad scam.

Product just terrible. Yes you are able to return at very high costs. In fact £17.00! Two bottles of foundation that make you look older not younger. Do not buy!!

First off is I'm having trouble with trying to talk to someone and let them know I can't wear their stuff
it makes my face look like a I'm a 100 plus old. my skin looks like plaster. plus I got a email telling me that I have an order out for delivery 2 makeups and 1 Sponge
and 3 moisturizer and I didn't place another order and still trying to figure how to do a return. Ill let you know what happen if it gets taken care of.

This makeup is horrible! It's very heavy, looks terrible - feels awful. I never did get my money back. They offered to send me another color and gave me tips on applying, which doesn't work. No way this makeup is for mature skin. The ads are bogus, in my opinion. If I could give zero or minus stars, I would. Don't waste your time or money!!!

Received foundation today, delighted with purchase, lovely smooth foundation, colour perfect, arrived in short time

I did what everyone else did, ordered & then read these reviews. Yes it comes from China which was misleading from the advert.
First time I tried not that impressed. No different from average foundation. However second time I applied with a damp sponge & that made a huge difference. Looked great.
Customer service great, cannot fault. Replied within 24 hours or less.
Sent me 2nd bottle free as wasn't sure about colour.
You do have to wait a long time for delivery, my only downside.
I don't usually do reviews but felt they had such negative ones that I hope mine helps.

I must say if you are unhappy with the Lanera foundation, it's extremely challenging to have customer service accept a return even though it's guaranteed if you're not happy. They suggested many things on how to make it work including using other products in unison with their thick, heavy foundation. Finally, after 4 emails to customer service, they FINALLY provided a return address to a p.o. box in Ohio. This foundation not only highlighted imperfections, but it's like putting on spackling compound! If you have mature skin, DON'T DO IT! I also didn't like the fact this is manufactured in China!

Should have read the reviews. Bought from their website, came from China although arrived earlier than expected. Pump doesn't work, foundation extremely disappointing, doesn't appear to do "What it says on the tin", seems to highlight my flaws and wrinkles. Extremely disappointed and putting in the bin.

Does anyone know how to return this makeup? The support team won’t answer me. It was shipped from Ohio, but based in New York.?

I want to give 0 stars. I agree with other reviewers, this certainly seems like a scam. The website states they ship priority insured, but it shipped parcel select even though I paid $4.99 shipping. When I questioned it the response was sorry, this won’t happen again. The business address is an apartment in Reno, NV, but the product shipped from Ohio and took 19 days for it to arrive. Well I wasn’t willing to wait that long for the product. I asked them to cancel the order and was informed they could not cancel or refund it since it had shipped. It was recommended that I reject the package and would then be issued a refund, which I did. I was refunded for the product but not the shipping which was certainly a scam in itself. I was told it cannot be refunded.

I echo most of the comments regarding poor quality, China-based production, and poor customer service. I will add that my vitamin shipment was damaged, and their one-time response was, "It’s normal to experience some stickiness because of the hot weather. To resolve this, you can refrigerate the item overnight, which should make it easier to untie." The package is damaged. You can feel the vitamins as one large mushy pile. There is no recourse. Lanera stole my money. Spread the word! DO NOT BUY THEIR VITAMINS.

Never again… poor product…poor customer service. Thought I was buying from USA.. goods arrived, eventually, from China. Advice to all..stick to your own tried and tested product.

Awful foundation, thick and drying, the colour was paler than I thought from their chart but that aside I was very disappointed. It went in the bin. A reminded to me to check trust pilot before buying on Facebook.
