BEWARE!! If you are not satisfied Lanera do not want to refund despite their Refund Policy. Their refund policy was the reason I had the confidence to order the product. The foundation was terrible - certainly not the flawless look they promised.
They box ship from China and want you to return the product to the USA 'tracked' before they will look at refunding. I have no confidence they will refund after checking the other reviews. I have requested assistance from Paypal with regard a refund.

If it's too good to be true, well it usually is. This product definitely does not do what is shown on the women in the advertisement. The foundation made my skin and wrinkles look worse. I will go back to using my regular foundation, so buyer beware. It is going in the trash because it is too difficult to return.

This company charged me $119 for 6 bottles when I only ordered one bottle, I contacted them right away. They wouldn’t cancel it. They wouldn’t refund my money. They told me I have to wait to receive the bottles and then pay for shipping back. They are a complete rip off. They scammed me! I never had such terrible customer service. Don’t purchase from this company.

I signed up for the year of make up.. The charge you charged is more that you quoted me

_*. Beware..they don't give you a complete refund plus you have to pay postage for return. I paid $34.96 plus $6.05 to return. They only refunded me $29. I think that is very bad business. Seems like they are making money from customers if you keep or not. I am furious 😠.

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this company i ordered one of their foundations and another for a reduced cost I clicked pay and it didn’t give me an amount in good faith I continued, then I had a notification £98 had been taken to Lanera from my account, I got in touch with them and they says 5 bottles had been ordered, i absolutely did not order that amount, They have refused to send me a returns label and I have said they have a duty of care towards their customers and I was left a angry face emoji, this tells me they don’t care about their customers and are making money out of us

This company charged me 154.00 dollars for my 60.00 dollar order. Two weeks waiting for delivery and they give me false information . This product is made in China, they have a USA business office. Please don't purchase this product. Horrible customer service. Sadly we can't trust online merchants . I will probably take a loss , but gained a valuable lesson. BUYER BEWARE

This product is awful ! Cheap fake ads ! Wish I could give it negative stars

So you cannot return the foundation if it's been used. We have to use the makeup to make sure its the right
color. 30 days to try it, it does't make any sence.

I did not like the foundation, you have to apply a lot to cover any dark spots. feels caked on.... Oh by the way your customer service STINKS.

this product is hideous, it is clumpy and does not go on well at all, and don't be fooled by the money-back guarantee as once you have paid postage there will be no money

My skin is highly sensitive & I have to be very careful what I use, I am 70yrs old and just gave up on face make up but thought
I would give this a try as it had wonderful reviews...and wow! it does what it says and my skin feels so smooth. I would highly recommend this foundation and will surely be back for more.

Rip off, advertising " Sale ends tonight" No it doesn't, the.price has and is always that !! Then they had a special 2 day offer, half price, i.e. £13.59. I ordered 2.bottles, billed £41.94 !
All come from China, not America !

Their website triple ordered, I called right away and emailed to cancel all. Of course I got a bunch of canned emails, and they shipped anyway. Now I have to dispute with my bank, HORRIBLE NON-EXISTENT Customer Service.

purchased foundation from lanera on 18th October which I did receive, but the top was broken and I was unable to get the foundation out, I sent two emails dated 18th and 22nd October and have received no reply, just sent a further email so fingers crossed I will receive a reply- third time lucky. will not be buying from this company again, after sales care is extremely poor

Love it have been using Lanera for 2 years now. The nude for the winter and the peach for summer. In my late 60s and isn’t too heavy for my skin. Perfect. Thank you. 🙏

Still waiting for this product from china this site is a scam do not buy from it.
Phoning the bank about this site, I will get them to get my money back hopefully.

I used their product 1 x . I have emailed them several times to return my product. Learning that it will be at my expence. They wanted to know exactly why I did not like it. So I told them, ot goes on like paste and you look like a mortician has done your makeup. They have a 30 day refund guarantee. But I have a feeling they will try snd drag it out past 30 days so the product can't be returned. I have ask then first address to return it to every day I've had it since Nov 12th. They have not responded

I recieved an email from them after telling them about leaving a review here on Trust Pilot. I took several screen shots of other bad reviews and sent it to them. Told them if I did not hear from them immediately I would post here for all the ones who was scsmed by this company to join in a "class action lawsuit". Along with many other details I listed. I was going to call local media ( news channels) and publicly expose them as a fraud and scam business.☆ I recieved an email from them apologizing for the inconvenience AND ***☆ a RETURN ADDRESS TO:
FULFILLMENT CENTER. PO BOX 19054. ACKRON OH. 44319. U.S.A

Items returned as per instruction w/ all email copied correspondence. Recieved update from the company email that they recieved my tracking number ISSUED by USPS VIA PICTURE SENT THROUGH EMAIL. WILL UPDATE AGAIN WHEN AND/OR IF REFUND IS ISSUED.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF THIS COMPANY- PLEASE DO NOT GIVE UP. IF YOUR 30DAYS ARE UP AND YOU HAVE PROOF THROUGH EMAIL(SINCE THEY CLAIM NOT TO HAVE A PHONE NUMBER) I DID UNCOVER 2 PHYSICAL ADDRESS. 1 IN NY & 1 IN BOCA RATON FL. I have been issued a full refund! 25+ emails collected names.. told them this review was on Trust Pilot! Everyone --- like I told the company-- all of us need to band together and file a class action lawsuit! It has taken me all thus time tracking down how to get ahold of them. People's names email address. I would love to share that with all of you! I don't know how much I can put on here or if Trust Pilot would allow me to do it. I would love to leave you my email address but not sure it's allowed. If you see an option on how to contact me. Feel free to do so. I am not done with this company! They just messed with the wrong person, it has consumed my life from the very first day. I will speak with Trust Pilot and see what all I can do. YES THERE IS A WAY TO GET A REFUND. IT COST ME $7.00 to return it including $100.00 insurance coverage. To be refunded $59.94. It had a tracking number- gave the date they would recieve it. I tracked it and emailed them and told them I knew it was delivered. Refund has not came through my bank yet. Will check on Monday. I will see if I can post the information I have for them and hopefully I can share it with all of you. Each State has an Attorney General Office. Start there and report them as a scam and fraud business. I have their PO BOX and 2 street addresses. So far no phone number. This all started with an add that popped up in Facebook.

Can't remember what name the "e" and "f" is for but the l is for Lanera. If I come across that bit of information in my STACK of correspondences I will come back and fill it in. Since Trust Pilot don't allow emails I'm going to follow up on my facebook page. I have posted about them on there before. The name is the same as the review.
But it's going to take me a awhile because of my heath and I an busy trying to list items for sale on Market and ebay.

I have just bought this product and I wanted to return it, one of the conditions of return is that it hasn't been used but how can you know if you haven't tried it,because of this I wouldn't recommend it.
