Most house sales have their ups and downs, but ours was particularly bumpy. Without the guiding hand of Langford Rae we would have been lost for sure. We moved during lockdown and fortunately Langford Rae introduced us to a solicitor that was working full time throughout the pandemic. Initially we tried to rent the apartment and Langford Rae worked tirelessly to find us tenants but there did seem to be any tenants due primarily to the COVID crisis.
