I purchase the single wearable breast pump. It litrally saved my life. My baby would only take milk from the bottle and I had to rely on the pump completly. After 3 months I noticed it was not as affective in expressing milk. I contacted Lansinoh UK, they replied the same day and asked me to send photos of the pump . The next day they replcaed the pump for me. I was not in the UK so they were kind enough to send the new pump to my sister adress in the UK.
I am very happy with the coctumer service and I will continue to use lansinoh products such as the breast milk bags, nipple cream and of course the wearable pump.

Contacted them after purchasing from Amazon (we have other products of theirs from their own website as well) - we had an issue with some teats that had cracked for some reason. Customer service were very quick to help understand the issue and were able to provide a replacement as goodwill gesture. Bernie was the customer service rep I was in touch with. We were happy with all our Lansinoh products anyway (besides this one small issue) but the customer service experience when we did face an issue was very reassuring - very appreciative of their response.

I've bought a few things from lansinoh before having an issue with one of their pumps. The customer service went above and beyond for me to sort out an issue. They were quick to respond, empathetic and friendly. I'm super happy I contacted them and with the solution they offered me.

I recently had an issue with my order where the wrong teats were sent, but I was really impressed with how quickly the team resolved it.

Customer service responded promptly, apologised, and arranged for the correct items to be sent out straight away with clear communication and tracking details. It made the whole situation stress-free.

Mistakes can happen, but it’s how they’re handled that matters and in this case, the service was efficient, polite, and helpful. Thank you for sorting it so quickly!😁

I had to contact customer service due to a fault in one of my pumps (wearable pump) Raquel assisted me and so was helpful. She was prompt on her responses and after checking my issue and the warranty on my product arranged for a brand new replacement to be sent out. I have received the replacement less than a week after I first encountered the issue. I would have recommended lansinoh before due to their excellent products but the customer service was the cherry on top! Thanks so much to Raquel for your assistance!

Whilst the product itself is fine, trying to maintain it by ordering more parts is aweful.
Recently I ordered some more parts for my pump and some were missing in the order, I went through their website the same day to ask for them to be sent out and sent pictures of what had arrived and my order confirmation.
Customer service is absolutely abominable!
They requested the same information 3 times and it was sent every time, including the initial contact form, they took days to answer and it wasn’t until 10 days later they said they would send a replacement one out. By this time I had already decided to get another pump as I couldn’t rely on them. They also do not give a contact name despite being asked over 5 times and it’s always just signed “customer services”. They do not care about the customers and to be quite honest their responses were empty and robotic.
I have since purchased a much better pump and will be advising friends to avoid Lansinoh at all costs which is a shame as the pump itself is adequate but if you cannot maintain it then what’s the point!

They have failed to delivery baby bottles twice. It's been ordered 27th November, today 12th December and still no bottles! I believe my baby is going to arrive sooner than they will sort this out. No customer service. They haven't even apologised and ignoring my emails.

I’ve have been using various Lansinoh products since having a baby 6 weeks ago including the milk storage bottles and freezer bags, breast pads, nipple cream and magnesium moisturiser.
All the products have been really high quality and I can recommend stocking up before giving birth, especially reusable breast pads and storage bottles!

We’ve used all Lansinoh bottles and pumps for our baby, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more. The bottles are simple, with minimal parts, easy to clean, and always look brand new after washing. They’re also great for colicky babies — the slow-flow teats (size 2) are just perfect.

I also loved the double breast pump. Even though it has a small machine, it’s really easy to use and carry around the house. I’ve tried other well-known (and much more expensive) brands, but none of them came close to expressing as much milk as the Lansinoh pump.

Their other products are fantastic too — especially the hot and cold packs and the breast pads, which are amazing quality. You can also find everything at really reasonable prices on Amazon.

I would love to share my experience out loud in case I can help other parents. My third child is just 3 months. He was a bit premature but he’s healthy. Over the years I’ve tried almost every single brand of bottles, always stick to the most popular, mam, dr brows, Philips….when I was pregnant I was in a baby show and got one of the lansinoh bottles for free at their stand. It was sitting in my drawer all this months, then the other day as I was organising I found it and I was wondering if should I give it to a friend as it was unopened or try…I’m 💯 breastfeeding but I do pump as well to keep some milk supply in the fridge for when it’s needed. He drinks from bottles but never finishes, brings up some milk, gas…I decided to open the bottle and give it a try. My first impression was oh the teat is super soft and actually it stretches like my nipples! Baby drunk the whole bottle in a blink, happy, there was no milk vomiting after or trapped gas! I’m over the moon and also a bit upset I didn’t discovered your bottles before. All new parents should know about it the same that they know your nipple cream is the best.

Thanks for making the world best nipple cream & lip balm! Honestly saved my nipples during breastfeeding, and now 13 years later that same bubba uses it on her chapped lips too!

Lansinoh have the best nipple cream and I recommend their hot/cold pads. The cream really helped through my breast feeding journey and it was just perfect to have in my bag to have with me at all times. Really recommend the product.

I recently bought the Lansinoh Wearable Pump and it’s been AMAZING! It’s so easy to use. I love how quiet and lightweight it is too, so I can pump anywhere. I’ve tried other pumps, but this is definitely the best by far. It’s also leak-resistant and dishwasher safe too which I love. BUY!!!

Couldn’t have done postpartum without Lansinoh. Honestly believe my breastfeeding journey wouldn’t have lasted so long without the nipple cream. The best!

Do not waste your money on this item.

The item worked fine for 2 months, until I had to replace a part. I replaced the valve, which is normal. However I have since had to replace this part frequently, every 1-2 pumps. Some of the valves have even arrived faulty (although this is often not clear until they are in the pump). In the month of September I have used around 10-12 valves.

Company refuses to replace unless they are unopened and has not acknowledged that there have been faulty parts, despite multiple emails. This has been very upsetting and has added unnecessary stress. I am now in a situation where I have to buy a new pump, despite only using this for 3 months.

Very disappointing, especially for a company that claims to be focussed on supporting females.

Save your money, buy a different pump.

Great products for breast feeding and postpartum, the wearable breast pump was easy to use and ideal for pumping on the go with a newborn. We use the Lansinoh bottles every day and the breast pads, balm and maternity pads were perfect for after birth. Can’t recommend enough!

Looked into the brand for their nipple balm (which is as great as everyone says!) and ended up getting loads of other things too.

Really recommend the nipple balm, breast cooling pads, perineal oil and nipple pads.

Also want to recommend their breast pump as mine lasted me two babies, both babies were combi fed and had no problems with their bottles/latching either!!

Don’t hear many people talking about Lansinoh other than for their nipple balm but I’ve loved everything.

Ordered on the 13th June had to chase for tracking which is next to useless finally came up with delivered on the 14th July we had no delivery and no proof of delivery, Lanslin or the delivery company replies to contact, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU STAND A BIG CHANCE OF NEVER GETTING WHAT YOU HAVE ORDERED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No customer sevice , don’t reply to phone calls. Taken my money ,no email confirmation Chat line useless just Ai want to connect me to a midwife !!!! Which I don’t need Just want what I ordered , will dispute for refund with the bank . Don’t buy from them
