My daughter (grade 12 IB) went from tears and a disastrous draft Math IA to submitting a passing IA that she's proud of. I will not hesitate to book Lanterna again as needed. Thank you!

My daughter is in her first year of sixth form and is studying maths as one of her higher level subjects. After an extended period of home schooling she is lacking in confidence, but her tutor Imogen is making a huge difference. Having studied IB not that long ago, Imogen really understands the challenges of IB and is a great role model as well as a brilliant tutor. I definitely recommend Lanterna for anyone who needs support for any IB subject.

I had my first meeting and it was excellent! I received amazing feedback that I am currently working on. My tutor took a thorough look at my work and made many notes. I was very happy with the way the meeting went and I am looking forward to the next meetings.

My son found the Lanterna
Economics tutorials with Natalia a much needed confidence boost having been absent from school for a couple of months. He was able to cover enough material in a few days to enable him to sit his mock exams with a level of comfort. He will be returning to Lanterna to bridge the gaps more fully before his finals.

Good feedback, but not enough preparation or detail.

My tutor was helpful in giving small feedback for my Economics IAs. However, she was a little unprepared most of the time and only picked out one or two things rather than going over the entire essay.
Overall, I got some good feedback, but there could have been more preparation and detail.

I found that my teacher was very helpful. I put a stressful schedule on her but she coped well with it and in my short time she was able to help me very well. I began my sessions with no clue what I was doing and she took it slow explaining each and every section to me. All my questions were answered and she gave me feedback very fast and very detailed.

Lanterna Education is incredible!! First of all I gotta say their costumer support is top level. Super friendly staff who really just wants to help you to get the best results in your exams. Wether it is for their online Tutoring or at the Revision courses, which I visited last year. I really love the concept of having a IB Graduates in front of you, than another teacher who doesn’t understand your problems and won’t help you further. Due do the situation Lanterna offered me to do some online tutoring sessions and I can only say that it was the best thing that could have happened to me! My Tutor Filip was the smartest and nicest person I’ve ever met. I got behind more mathematical concepts in my 7 sessions than I did in 2 years at school!! I can only highly recommend!
