Great quality, service, and value
This was our first time using The Lanyards Factory, and we were really impressed. We ordered branded lanyards for our annual conference and found the whole experience very smooth from start to finish.
Their pricing was more affordable than what we’d paid in the past for similar volumes, yet the quality was great. The website was easy to use, and I could customise the design and finish exactly how I wanted, all within our budget.
Email correspondence with Sophia, our account manager, was outstanding. I asked a lot of questions throughout the process, and she was able to answer every one promptly and clearly.
The entire process was seamless, communication was excellent, and delivery was on time. We’ll definitely be using The Lanyards Factory again for our future events.

Good quality product and service
Our organisation has used Lanyards Factory a couple of times to order branded ribbons for our clients.

I ordered 335 lanyards from them on…
I ordered 335 lanyards from them on Wednesday for big conference and asked them to deliver them to me on Friday and I paid the invoice in 15 minutes and they told me that " you will definitely received the lanyards on Friday" but they forgot to dispatch and I had a lot of headache because of this, I will never work with this company again.
