Amazing: Professional and Efficient
Lanyards Factory were absolutely fantastic to deal with in every way. Shania was always very quick to respond to emails and extremely patient with the endless questions I had to ask. Pricing was excellent and anytime we wanted something changed, it was done very well/quickly. Once our order was complete and ready to go, the lanyards arrived quickly and they were of great quality. I would absolutely recommend them and deal with them again.

We received well the big order for lanyards, perfectly on time for our event.
The only small note I wish I would have been informed about: the details for the delivery; I had been receiving notification for a DHL: delivery from China, but I thought it was a scam when in fact it was the lanyards delivery and never got back to these messages, luckily the parcels were still delivered even though I never confirmed.
