A week ago today I ordered a leather bag from you & apart from an acknowledgement of my order I have had no communication from you.
Has it been dispatched yet? When can I expect its delivery?
Not very happy.

My brother bought me a backpack for last Christmas. I had an issue with a broken zip and contacted Lappella, to see if it could be repaired. I received prompt service with a replacement bag. The after care is excellent.

I am very happy with my Lappella shoulder bag, which is really well made of quality leather and very comfortable to wear and just the right size.
The company's customer service is also excellent and I am pleased to recommend them.

Absolutely excellent customer service and a beautiful bag. I ordered a bag which turned out to be out of stock. I emailed the company, replies were swift and a bag was sourced and sent out.

The bag was well protected during delivery and it is absolutely beautiful. Incredibly soft leather and wonderfully made. This is my first Lappella bag but absolutely not my last. Highly recommend.

I bought 2 bags whilst visiting a different area. One developed a fault, & given the distance to return to store, I emailed Lapella direct and included a few photos of the issue.

I was so impressed to receive a reply within around 30minutes, apologising and advising me that a new bag would be sent to me, which it was. No defensiveness, no complicated process to follow - just a company accepting an issue, apologising and rectifying immediately.

How refreshing!

I'd add that both bags are of excellent quality and I'm delighted with them. I wanted to share such a positive customer service story, as so often we only test this when things go wrong.
