This clinic is lovely, the staff are welcoming and the therapist made me very comfortable. I was pleased that the session was efficient and less painful than I imagined.

I really like the design of the reception and studios, it’s super cosy. Offering a bottle of water is a super nice touch. The reception team is lovely, they’ve show great flexibility in regards to booking time change which saved my day last time. I’m super happy with the service really. The therapists are super nice and caring, always a nice thing to say to make me relax and deal with the pain. The only area of improvement would be to have the same therapist all the time which I know is requested but not always possible. Another nice touch from the therapist that I really appreciate are the after treatment advices I receive and the SPF that’s always applied ☺️😊

I had my treatment with Sadaf who is so sweet and professional she really knows her stuff and is very thorough. I have pcos so this is something I've suffered with a long time and finally getting real results even after my first session.

Sadaf was amazing at my recent session - my skin is sensitive and her expertise ensured each area of my body was given a tailored treatment without sensitising the skin. Her kindness and expert knowledge was so assuring and with giggles and encouragement along the way, I left a happy hair free bunny! I barely felt a thing 💞

Laser me out’s new location feels very clean and the layout is well thought. They offer you a drink while you wait to be attended, and always have a front of house staff now to greet you and answer any questions, which was not available in their previous location.

As for the therapists, ever since I met Rabia, I have stuck with her. She is very meticulous, and efficient. She also is super honest and knowledgeable about the treatment. She understands skin tones, and aims to deliver the best results for your skin. I’m at so much comfort when I have Rabia as my therapist.
She is consistent with the process that they explain to you in your initial consultation. Many of the other therapists I have experienced previously skipped stages like dry brushing. Even though they say that all therapists come with the same amount of training and experience, Rabia stands out by far amongst the others, and would recommend her to anyone I know.

Laser me out has come a long way since they first started, and it’s great to see their growth. To enhance their service more, there could be tracking results journey that is included in the service. I’ve also found that despite being a loyal customer, they haven’t been very flexible to changes even though I’ve accept their last minute changes when it wasn’t suitable for them. A little more empathy for loyal customers will make them a much stronger brand.

I had a really good experience . Very happy with the results as I now have 60% hair reduction and in some area more than that .
It has really boost my confidence .
I had some doubts since I’ve heard bad laser stories from other places mainly with service but I’m so happy I didn’t experience that at all , I was always taken care of and Rabia was really sweet to me .
Tbh there’s nothing really to make the experience better ☺️

My sessions are always amazing. They are all professional, so friendly and lovely! Always love coming to my sessions and get great advice. The studio is beautiful and you can get some drinks too while waiting. There are always great offers too.

This amazing woman truly makes every visit to Laser Me Out a rewarding experience! She's undoubtedly the best therapist around. Many dread their laser appointments because of the discomfort, but Rabia's warm smile and cheerful presence make it all worthwhile. The only downside is that I only get to see her every 10 weeks!

The laser technology they have is very good, I have already noticed an improvement after 3 sessions.
However, the staff on the desk can often come across totally disinterested. Barely make eye contact and never smile. A warm welcome is definately lacking.
