I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. The products I received were cheap, poor quality, and nothing like the items advertised on their website. The photos are incredibly misleading, and what arrives looks like a completely different product.
When I contacted customer service to return the items, the process became ridiculous. First, they asked for photos. Then they asked for videos. After jumping through all their hoops, they offered a store credit for products I didn't want in the first place.
If you actually want a refund, they require you to ship the items back to China at your own expense. To make matters worse, the items can be held in customs, meaning there is a real risk of never receiving your refund even after paying return postage. Conveniently, this makes returning items almost impossible and financially unviable.
I've spent $120 that I'll never see again and have been left with products that are not as described.
Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. DO NOT BUY FROM LATTEA. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that stand behind their products and honour their return policies. This is not one of them.
