Delivery time keeps changing due to "shipping delays". It now tracks that DPD are returning my order back to Laura James. No one available to contact about my order during their stated contact hours.

5+ months for a chest of drawers?
We ordered a full furniture set on 1st June and are STILL waiting for the final piece — a chest of drawers — with no real updates and no accountability.
Every delivery date we were given has either been cancelled or pushed back, and the latest estimate now stretches all the way into November, meaning a wait of more than five months for something already paid for.
The only reason we haven’t cancelled is because we wanted a matching set, but this level of delay and total lack of communication is terrible. No company should think it’s acceptable to leave customers in the dark for months on end.

The quality of the furniture is absolutely incredible for the price. I got the nesting tables and went back for the floating shelf and radiator cover and am in love. Will definitely purchase again if I need anything

I ordered 2 bedside lockers as they were exactly what I was looking for. They arrived in about a week, items arrived perfectly exactly as advertised. Lockers were quite easy to put together and instructions were very clear. Overall can’t fault the service! Would recommend 😊

We’ve reviewed your feedback regarding the bed frame and discussed it with our management and product specialists.
As your order was placed in 2024 and no prior issues were reported, and no physical fault has been identified, the matter appears to be related to perception rather than a manufacturing defect.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer spare parts or a resolution at this stage, as the issue was not reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
We understand this may be disappointing and truly appreciate your feedback. I have sent you a copy of our terms and conditions via email.
