If I could rate it with no stars I would. Clothing does not appear as shown and quality is garbage. If you find you don’t like the item you ordered because it appeared nothing like the picture shown, you can pay the ridiculous price to send it back to china or trade it for another piece of garbage

THIS SITE IS FRAUDULENT -- bait and switch. The company is clearly a Chinese imposter. I ordered a knitwear sweater and received a shit with a blurry picture of the item I ordered that bears no resemblance to what appears on the website. SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION!!!!

I wished I had read the reviews before ordering! This website is definatly a scam. I asked to return a shirt that I ordered and they put me through hell! Gave all the info they asked for and guess what I still have the shirt! No one will answer me on how to return it. Dont waste your money.

Product is not as described. Poor quality. I ordered for a birthday present. Took a very long time to receive the items. The coats have no labels, scratchy, flimsy material. This is by far the worst product that I have ever purchased. Will donate to goodwill, and shop with a legit company.

I would rate this company 0! They sell absolute junk and it's very difficult to send stuff back, So I Iost 80 bucks on some crap shoes.

Laura and Rosewood is a complete scam I did not receive my whole order and trying to communicate this issue was very frustrating a lot of back and forth and getting no where!

My experience is the same as the others I've read online: clothing fits poorly, return policy is awful (ship to a warehouse in Asia at your own expense or accept 10% back on your purchase), and the 'United States' flag on the website is deceptive. Yes, it's best to dispute the charge.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If you want to return item it is not hassle free as stated in their website. You have to return to China at your own expense, not cheap to do. Shame on you, scam me once, you will not scam me again and hopefully nobody else will fall for the same scam.

I ordered a dress called “Zyrah | Elegant Midi Dress” from laura-rosewood.com (a Shopify store), and the item I received was nothing like the photos. The dress is extremely poor quality, looks cheap, and arrived with no tags. I contacted the store four times requesting a return, but they are gatekeeping the return process by demanding photos or videos of the dress to assess the fit.

This is a common tactic used by companies that engage in bait‑and‑switch marketing. They also require customers to return items to China at their own expense, despite using a U.S. domain and presenting themselves as a U.S.-based business.

Do NOT send them photos. Their typical response is to claim the item “matches the photos,” which they then use to deny returns.

Their own written policy states that photos are required only for “Damaged/Faulty” items. However, because I reported that the dress doesn’t fit and is poor quality, their representative (“Anna”) is now shifting the requirements and insisting on photos or videos—requirements that were never disclosed in the return policy.

They also hide the fact that returns must be shipped to Asia at the customer’s expense. Their policy states: “ALL RETURNS ARE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA, AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.” This “China Shipping Trap” is another red flag.

My advice: Do not order from this store. If you already have, contact your credit card company to open a dispute, and report the merchant to Shopify so they can review and remove the store from their platform.

They do not go by their 100% guarantee money back.

So so horrible! Ordered two coats and got cheap junk that look NOTHING like the website products. When I demanded a refund, they offered a store credit. What? So I can buy more horrible products? No thank you. Still fighting to get my money back. DON’T buy ANYTHING from these scammers. And it’s a shame because I’ve bought many beautiful, authentic items from REAL small businesses who operate with integrity. They are nothing close to that. I’m so much more cautious now and will now ALWAYS check online before I buy.

I wish I could give it -5. They’re horrible. The clothes are from china. Cheaply made. They lied to me when I realized they weren’t from NY. When theirs shipped from china i immediately tried to cancel my order by they wouldn’t do it and said their warehouse is in china. I tried to get a refund but they keep going back and forth with me saying they will do it and they haven’t. Don’t waste your time and/or money with this company. They suck.

Just like the other reviews, state the Clothing is made of horrible cheap fabric. The fit is terrible. They charge $10 per item to return and you have to ship it yourself back to China. It is a huge scam buyer beware!

This site is a scam. Do not order from them! I ordered a colorful summer dress from them. I tried to cancel my order within 15 minutes of ordering, but customer service was unresponsive. It is their policy, orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes. I received the order 3 weeks later. The fabric looks nothing like the picture. It's a cheap, polyester print-on fabric.

My item took a month to ship arriving past my event date. They will refund for a $10 fee and you need to get the item back to China…nothing hassle free about that!

If you got scammed by this company, just save yourself some time and go straight to your bank and file a dispute. Don't bother trying to return them through the company. I filed a quick claim with my bank and boom, I got my money back.

Products were slow to ship. Item didn't fit as pictured. Fabric wasn't 100% cotton as listed. Returns are a nightmare and refund was cancelled by the company during the process.

The website featured a false Trustpilot rating of 5 stars. Since receiving these extremely low-quality clothes, I began searching and found three different sob stories regarding the company's origin and closure: a husband-wife team, a single mother, and sisters.
I am usually SO much smarter than this. Buyer beware. Not only is the material and sizing indescribably terrible, but they also falsely advertised the items... "embroidered" dresses that were pure polyester with barely there designs; "midi" dresses that were actually maxi in length. Horrible, horrible, horrible! Now I must inconvenience myself to send these awful items back and enlist my bank's help for a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS.
