If I could give 0 stars I would. Never recover my order, has been a month. Haven’t heard anything from multiple emails. Do not purchase.

I ordered on 17th of November for a Christmas present for my niece, it was a chair. I paid for the chair and the delivery fee.

Early December I realised I hadn’t received any notification of the delivery so asked my family if it was delivered and was told no so tried contacting the site multiple times through multiple platforms with no response for days.

Finally got a response advising THEY had stuffed up and the freight charge was going to be an EXTRA $42- they had gone to email me the day after the order was placed but it got stuck in drafts so it never got sent to me.

I said well due to your error please deliver asap at your charge - I was told this wasn’t possible- I need to pay $60 freight for a $100 chair and needed to make payment before they would ship.

I told them how poor the customer service was as this was their error and they told me to shove it.

Worst service I have ever had.

I got my order delivered. But it’s so poor quality. Very disappointing. Looks like it’s a scam. Please don’t use this website.

My experience with this company was terrible wouldnt use them again.
Purchased an item and was told via email shipping needed be more. When looking on site and shipping costs for north islsnd shipping 12$ now they put on it may incure extra. This is how they treat nz people . My rating for this company 1 /10.
If you live outside auckland you will incure high cost shipping

Product didn't turn up. Wish and AliExpress far better.

It may be a NZ-based website but they don't hold stock in NZ or issue tax invoices for your purchases. In my case, the ordered item never turned up and going forward I'd rather purchase it from eBay or Aliexpress.

Like the previous two reviews I'm actually disappointed. The site advertised itself as a nz based company that ships within 48hours, cool, I'll have that. But, actually shocked to find 3weeks later the item I purchased is still in BEJING CHINA? Ive since purchased the item i ordered from an ACTUAL nz based company and it arrived overnight...I'll never use this company again and I suggest you do the same

Be wary this company may have a NZ looking web site but hold no stock in NZ also the contact mobile number on the website seems to ring endlessly. If you like waiting for two weeks plus then this is for you but if you want your stuff in the same week you paid for it then use TRADE ME! Lazyliving cant even answer the phone oh yer and that 2-3 week wait for you're purchase.

Said the product was in stock. Didn't say the product was in stock in Hong Kong.

Packaging was rubbish.

It was faster and cheaper to purchase from Aliexpress and the item from Aliexpress was packed in a box rather than a plastic bag..
