Received a gift voucher in may. Website has been unavailable since which is now over 5 months. Emails have all been left unread. Phone number is disconnected

I placed an order and received it. Hiwever they were too small so had to return. Harvey was great. But once the items were returned and received back into the warehouse on the 25th there has been no communication from them I have sent multiple emails with no response. And have not got my refund yet. We are now in May.

Was a little hesitant to use this site for the first time with some of the reviews, but can confirm definitely not a scam & paid by CC. I also received a legit Aus. Post tracking number & will be sure to check these guys out again when the need arises.

I ordered a large adidas bag for a Christmas present to give to someone in another state and didn't realise how big it was.
I tried to contact them and kept getting a reply from AI telling me to click on the link in my email which wasn't there.
Now there telling me I was 1 day to late to return it.
I definitely won't be buying anything from them again.
There customer service is terrible.

This is a SCAM website. Do not order from here, they provide a random tracking number with no relevance - their contact services are non-existent. A genuine scam.

The wrong size chart was listed on their website, resulting in me ordering the wrong size. I contacted them to return to which they were quick to reply. I returned the shoes and saw that they were received back at the warehouse the next day. I received no confirmation the returned shoes had been received or processed so contacted On sport 4 days later (thinking they must need a day or 2 to process). They replied to say "there is an issue at the warehouse". No solution offered. I asked when this would be resolved, they say "by week end". They are still accepting orders on their website, and when I queried this, they informed me that new orders are also "on-hold" which I would argue is misleading consumers. The 1 line responses to my emails don't give me much confidence I will ever recieve the correct size. First world problem I know, but I did order these express so that I could start training last week...

Harvey was very prompt to respond to my request and very quickly rectified my ordering issue.

I was having issues with redeeming my vouchers from Medibank along with checkout errors. I contacted Online support and Harvey was amazing at reaching a quick resolution.

Bought clothing item online.. my mistake I bought the wrong size. Usually this is a huge inconvenience with online stores, not with onsport. Online support from Harvey was outstanding. Had a resolution in place within 24hrs. Very satisfied customer.

Great service and great price for my sports shoes - I placed the original order then asked to cancel it in order to increase the shoe size - the reply was immediate and issue solved - I am certainly very happy to recommend onsport.

Very difficult to deal with and return an item that is not faulty, has the tags on it and the receipt. The customer service agent would not let me return because I opened the plastic to try it on.

First time have ordered online and Harvey was excellent..

I placed an order using my medibank e voucher. It used up 150 AUD on voucher and then also took money from my credit card. However, no order confirmation or order number sent. I have no clue if my order is placed. Logging and registering to there website gives no order history. No response from customer service. In this day and age this is pathetic online experience. I am extremely frustrated at this whole experience now.

Chasing Vivobarefoot shoe, none in Australia. Onsport showed 2 in stock. Checked via email, instant response - one in Stock. Ordered online immediately, confirmation arrived, shoes arrive less than one week later - superb communication and customer service. Great price. No issues whatsoever! Well done Onsport!

Ordered and paid for Saucony trainers on the 1.10 and have received them today! They are what they were described. Bought Nike and under armour at the weekend and decided they were not as comfy or as well fitted as Saucony. So thought I would try this site. I was worried what I would receive after some of the reviews however, they did not disappoint!

They will send you a email saying you item has been shipped but haven't even been handed over to Australia post yet.

I ordered a pair of Mizuno's on Tuesday night, they were shipped Wednesday morning, and were delivered and received Thursday morning! All in the space of a few days!

Ordered shoes that were the incorrect size...not sure how this happened but Harvey was brilliant in his swift responses and actions in organising my refund.

Very quick turnaround regarding purchasing and receiving the items. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with what I ordered, Harvey was very quick at rectifying the situation. Will definitely shop with Onsport again.
