Worst experience. Poor communication. Late/behind on deadlines. Sneaky charges not included in initial quotation for services. I felt like I was dealing with a work-experience kid, not a Paralegal. I would never use this company again.

Very disappointing experience with Lead Conveyancing. They were extremely slow to respond to emails, and it often seemed like we had to call them before getting any response.
They also did not ask us for our residential address, which resulted in important correspondence not being handled properly. Because of this, we ended up having to pay a late fee penalty from the body corporate.
On top of that, the required documents were not sent to the body corporate on our behalf, which created further inconvenience and unnecessary stress.
For a conveyancing service, I expected much better communication, attention to detail, and follow-up. Unfortunately, I would not recommend them based on our experience.

Great experience with Lead Conveyancing! They assisted us greatly in getting through and out of a bit of a debarkle with a property that had termite issues and a shocking body corp. After that we knew we were in good hands and chose to use them again. Would highly recommend Lisa Davies & Simon Cortez!
