I found using Enact for Conveyancing excellent. It was simple to use. I found the progress status particularly helpful as it let me know how far along process was and what needed to be done next. It only took a few minutes check in daily to stay on top of it and everything went through without a hitch or notable delay. Great service.

Do not use! Been registered over a week. They knew my purchase was a 28 days auction completion. They sent me an email a week later saying sorry didn't realise it needed completion in 28 days!! (even though both myself and the auction house told them this) after taking £400+ for searches (refused refund even though searches alone will take longer than the 28 days completion) I'm now fighting to find another solicitor to complete in less than 3 weeks which will cost me again. Even today as they emailed to tell me they were closing my case my so called case handler was asking is ait a cash or mortgage (again told them twice previously it's a cash purchase!) avoid unless you want to be out of pocket and at risk of your sale falling through!

The Enact team progressed the sale of my parents' house quickly and without fuss. Their online portal made the process of exchanging documents very simple. They progressed each aspect of the conveyancing process without having to be chased. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for a house sale process.
