I have ordered 4x Farley Doors

I have ordered 4x Farley Doors.
When doors were delivered, only 1 door looked like the one I ordered and wanted. Other 3 doors were totally different, but they had same label on "Internal Oak Door FAR33".
I refused the whole delivery.
Driver was very kind and helpful...

Same day 8/4/26 I emailed Leader online asking for explanation to understand if it was a labelling error or if this is standard and these doors are inconsistent in finish as I still need the doors, so I want to be able to make decision if to ask for replacement or not...
Prior ordering these doors I emailed Leaders online asking for difference between Mexicano and Farley door as it was not clear from the pictures on their website... They advised as follow: "The doors have the same design however the dimensions of the grooves are slightly different. We cant guarantee the color as the variation in color/grain is a natural characteristic of the product. These natural variations are part of what gives real wood its unique and desirable appearance, and they are detailed in the product description and our terms of sale.").
So the fact they mentioned variation in color/grain made me think this is probably the way these doors are, but I am still not sure as nobody confirmed it yet... but to me and driver they looked absolutely different and I definitely wouldn't want them on the same floor...

It's worth to note that I booked day off work to be at home for this delivery, I had to cancel the carpenter.
I understand that mistakes happened and I was fine with that, but the poor communication and customer service I am receiving after this failure has made me write this feedback (4 different people from leaders online involved and none of them able to answer my question)...
Doors were delivered 8/4/26 and today 16/4/26 I still did not receive response to my question.
The only response I had was Thursday 9/4/26 asking to confirm if I rejected all 4 doors, which I confirmed and asked the question about the issue again. I chased on Friday 10th, then again on Monday 13th and finally got email from Leader online on Wednesday 15th advising "they can exchange door for me, but there will be charge 49£".
At this point I totally lost interest to deal with this company and I just explained to them that there is no need for exchange the doors as the delivery was refused and I just asked the for refund.
I will definitely not order from this company again and hoping to get my refund soon.

Very helpful

Very helpful, as I made a mistake with the delivery, Angela was most helpful.
Would definitely use again.

Speechless!!!

After a really bad experience the week before,my driver Seyi was amazing. Polite, professional and accommodating. The 3 stars are because on line communication is non existent. The doors were due to be delivered on 09 April by a different driver. We stayed in all day to accommodate changing timeslots. The driver was then a couple of miles away and said they had now run out of time. We had ordered the doors on 24 March for a 09 April delivery with the Carpenter booked for 11 April No doors, carpenter cancelled and he is currently unavailable. Luckily I have a garage that can hold the 5 doors which were delivered on 14 April and I just now need a carpenter!!!

Not impressed with customer service

We weren't overly impressed with the door we bought and I contacted the company via email. After waiting days, with no response, I sent another email, and was asked to provide more details and a photo of the door, which I did, nearly a week on from that, I am still waiting for a reply. Not impressed with the customer service of this company, and although I was a returning customer, based on my experience with them on this occasion, I won't be using them again.

Farley doors

Used leader online to supply all my internal doors great quality doors and excellent customer service. I had a problem with one of my doors (ordered the wrong size) and Paige did an excellent job with helping me arrange an exchange and she was very quick and helpful with her replies. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

Good price but quality of finish not great

Doors were reduced to a good price however the quality of the finish on the doors around the glazed area isn't as i would have expected. Delivery was good and arrived on time. The driver brought the doors into the house taking care not to cause any damage.
