EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Company was very good to deal with, customer services excellent & very helpful.
Only gave 4 stars as original delivery was a Wednesday, but cancelled that day to the following Monday & floor layer had to be delayed.

Where to start

Where to start. We ordered 9 doors in total. Three of these were totally different to the rest. So we had to exchange three, When the new three arrived we had to refuse one of these. We were told that we would only have the one chance of exchanging, so we were waiting for a refund for the one door when one turned up a few days later. No warning or explanation.
We ordered three toilet door locks. We had to wait for two of these, no great issue, A week after getting them we get a call about sending me another two.
So you really need to sort out your ordering system. As for the doors, would it be that hard for someone in your warehouse to check that they at least all look the same.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company!
I have ordered some laminate flooring and half of order came damaged
5 packs came very dirty and water damaged
Absolute rubbish
They send later the good stuff but because I have to take it all up the third floor the Leader Online refused to help me to carry these items upstairs
Avoid this company and the guy in the customer service named James Clark absolutely unfair and unfriendly

Have been told i can’t return item as…

Have been told i can’t return item as not in original packaging yet this is the packaging the items were sent to me? I was also asked to take a photo of items to show they had not been used then told they could not be returned as had been taken out of the original and only packaging used to post to me. Absolute joke and shocking service. I am now having to go to trading standards to resolve what should be a simple return.

I ordered a sample and had to call four…

I ordered a sample and had to call four times just to chase it up—and it still hasn’t been dispatched. Each time, I was given the same explanation that it “needs cutting” before it can be sent.

If this is the level of service for a simple sample, it doesn’t give much confidence about what to expect when placing an actual order. Will I need to keep calling repeatedly just to get updates or ensure dispatch?

The staff I spoke to were polite and helpful, which I appreciate—but unfortunately, the overall shipping service has been very disappointing.

The doors are poor quality

The doors are poor quality. Couldn't even take off the plastic sheets from the glass. They are stuck and looks very ugly with them . Had to re paint them as scratches were present. Also no door handles

Very poor service paid express delivery…

Very poor service paid express delivery didn’t come rearranged for following week didn’t turn up ended up after getting spoke down to by Shaun just going to pick the doors up loosing a days work and a 90 mile round trip and never got a refund for the delivery
