Leaders in Colchester has always been there for me over the last eight years but I must give a special mention for Rob Perry who is a star, very helpful and a great communicator. Thank you Rob.

Leaders had always been proactive and helpful during tenancy process and I have been dealing with them almost for more than two years and the service they provide had been wonderful. They have been prompt in regards to maintenance issues, which can also be referred via an online portal, and I've had contractors doing various jobs from fixing the oven to completely replacing the boiler with not much push needed on my part.

Their renewal process has also been quite painless and they have negotiated with the landlords on our behalf to get to a mutual agreement.

Honestly, I hear a lot of horror stories about slum landlords and hellish estate agents but Leaders are not one of them.
