Leaders - Colchester Avis 

I have been engaged with Leaders and there predecessors for almost 30 years. As I have been living overseas during this period, I have had to rely on the staff at Leaders to manage my property and all the issues pertaining. My main point of contact has been Rob Perry and I cannot speak highly enough of him. Over the years I have had regular contact with Rob who has managed any issues with sympathy, professionalism and fairness between myself and the tenants. Rob Perry rates the top of my list in any business I have had to deal with over many years. Thank you Rob.

As a tenant off leaders , I have found Robert Perry , property maintenance advisor to be very considerate, professional and understanding, It has made the experience of using leaders significantly better, I hope he goes far in his career, it would be well deserved.

Leaders have been my letting agent for many years and they are a good company to choose to let your property through. Julie Preston is my lettings manager/liaison/help and has been there from the start, she can offer all round guidance for the whole process. She will not only help you sort out all of the legal aspects she will offer sound advice where possible. Simply put Leaders are lucky to have her and we are lucky to have her guidance and help.

We're current tenants of one of the properties that Leaders looks after and we cannot fault them. They are prompt with any enquiries we have or any help in maintenance of the place. Happy with their service. Keep it up.
