The course was very comprehensive full of detail and great learning
The course was very comprehensive , on time and full of detail. It provided the ability to ask questions and to take screen shots. The courses can be reviewed in the learning section of Smartcharts, Although the course fast very detailed it was A little fast I never traded before so do some home work and understanding of trading will help you a lot. Do not be scared to ask questions no such thing as a silly question.

Good content
Good content, lots of information and technical chart trading patterns and strategies, the Q&A section at the end of each session could have been a bit longer but there is a further session where people can ask questions on a 1-2-1 basis with an experienced trader.

Sales pitch after sales pitch. You pay for an aggressive sales pitch of their ‘next course’.
Once you take a trading ‘course’, they spend all of that time to pitch you for the next course which is of course even more expensive. It works with people who are not familiar with trading whatsoever, who are guillable and desperate. 😬 Be careful, do your own research and read the reviews. Also, their banking is in Australia so you won’t be receiving a refund if you ever asked for it, and they can’t be flagged in UK.
Surely there’s sprinkles of information they will give you within their courses.. but at that price and quality it is a sham.

On the courses: Further programmes are optional, and no one should feel pressured. We would love to speak with you directly about your personal experience. Our email is down below.
On refunds: We take refunds seriously, and every customer has a cooling-off period in which a refund can be requested. And, to clarify the banking question: whilst customers contract with our Australian entity, payments are processed through our UK Barclays accounts (held by that entity). Refunds are processed back through the same method by which payment was made. So, bank transfer customers receive refunds via bank transfer.
This means UK customers are protected under the same refund process as any UK transaction.

The initial 'Learn To Trade' 3 day course was excellent and wholly informative. The mentors were exceptional and were able to keep me at ease and my attention focused. There was a lot of information to take in but there is also a full back up on the system to fully aid the expedient learning process.
