Disappointing service
I went on one of the seminars they held. That was interesting and the guy presenting was decent. As I’d never traded before I wasn’t going to dive in and pay anything on the day. To be completely fair, there wasn’t a hard sell so that was encouraging. I subsequently received some messages offering a call to discuss the platform more. I thought that would be a good idea as I wanted to understand if this was something I could get in to and be successful. I arranged a call but unfortunately the guy calling me was around 90 minutes late. I messaged to let them know and did receive a couple of messages back. Someone also tried to call me but they hadn’t asked if I was available so I missed the call. After another message I suggested another time and never heard anything again. I’d suggest a bit more professionalism in your sales team. Not many people are sitting all day hoping you’ll call. Hope this helps you sort it out.

I have written the reviews previously and they mentioned they would take it seriously and contact me. No response. it is very similar response of customer service as I experienced when I was their customer needed to go back all the way to to their office to contact them. if you do not want to give a refund openly admit and just say that what you gave me information was not up to mark. why hiding behind contract or terms and conditions. Simply say you people are there to take the money and not give it back if someone does not like the course structure so people are simply aware that there is no chances of refund.

please do not elongate the process as it has been long time since this is pending. I want a refund for software i paid as i have given it to you back and not use it any more. Even for the knowlege level not up to mark i want refund for the classes i took. Not staisfied with learn to trade all. Let me know what steps you taking and i will mention your reply on trust pilot. I have seen other one star reviews i wish i saw it before taking the course up. There are people who have wasted 15k to 17k.
Please give me a refund that is all i need

I received 3 full days of fantastic training
I received 3 full days of fantastic training at a level that matched my and the groups experience. I could spend 3 days trying to explain the contents as there was so much, but with a running theme of support systems, personal support, process automation, auditable discretion checking, personal coaching and accountability to a performance led business case with staged performance enhancements built in.
I have 3 years experience of trading, including 2 years full time, across at least 10 different trading groups. This whole team had a single objective which appeared to be my success capitalising on the senior teams collective experience, using their expert level systems and battle tested process, developed over many, many years.
You knew that the senior team who were our training staff during the 3 days, were training us at a level we could understand, but was also stretching our understanding, shaping our knowledge to a personal performance mindset, with our goals and requirements in mind. The basic ingredients were explained on day 1, the recipes, or trading processes on day 2 and in person on the trading room in London on day 3, we put the components together to put ourselves in a position to make confirmed trades.
I could tell that there were further enhancements and complications that can be added later during the coaching and performance reviews, but the training was pitched at level to achieve the maximum performance, utilising the full SmartCharts system at the fastest pace that can be improved later.
I was very excited as the techniques were explained so well, broken down into their component parts, with a system of those parts that can automated and those that require the traders discretion and what processes need to be employed to confirm each trade, and more importantly (as a Chartered Accountant by trade) which results require an action to execute a trade that can be checked and audited by a coach, and confirmed as a valid set up and trade idea.
Every other existing team member would be able to understand what you have done and what lead you to this decision and be able to support, check and suggest corrections and improvements. Coaching, mentoring, daily support, back testing and checking is encouraged, so that you become an experienced trader who can leverage the system and automation to take less time to achieve more.
I am not sure if it just me, but I assume as an Accountant or as an employee in general, we are training in life to do the work but not make any decisions. I would spend an entire month creating reports for others to make the decisions. I always found it hard to execute trades as a result.
Over the 3 days, Jitan led us through a performance led process which involves layers of confirmations using an expert system where possible, that leads you to a point where the next logical step is an action to enter a trade. This just works for my audit led brain that needs system led data driven decision making process, that I can use as a backup for my decision to take a trade.
We went on to create detailed plans to use this knowledge and we understood what support and systems we needed and what was available through the SmartCharts trading group and the next steps would be, with or without further support. You could leave with a full, detailed business plan with processes, checklists and a plan to perform on your own. In the past I would been happy to have done this, believing in my own abilities, after all I am an experienced business person with 42 years-experience at a senior level.
Even as a so-called experienced trader I felt my knowledge had been expanded and I realised that it was my trading style that needs to be altered to perform, which can be achieved with this teams support.
I am going to approach trading as a business, that requires lots of professional support and coaching during the next few months at least. I was excited as I discovered that all of the support that has been missing in other groups are covered on this course and within this trading group.
I feel that coaching, further training, in person training and performance reviews and enhancements are an important part of any groups offering. My wish list of support and training that I have found to be missing in other groups was matched by the training and the groups list of regular training, support and coaching meetings.
It was so refreshing to meet the whole team, be trained in person by the senior traders and talk to the actual business leaders for extended periods of time in their actual trading location.
I will be creating my business plan that will include the times of the training, trading, checking, back-testing and coaching support as well as the strategy checklists I will be using to achieve the performance goals I have set with periodic checks.

Training given by Greg Secker on the videos are amazing. His constant use of analogies that makes what your learning easy to visualise and quantify at the same time is a rear skill. Also the Fact that Jitan made all the videos come to life in that he helped me to see what I have come to believe the process when followed will bring rewards. So trading doesn’t need certainty to be successful.

brilliant day, brilliant training, brilliant people
I've known about smartcharts and Greg Secker but opted for other training from others.
I wish I had taken training through Greg Secker's company Learn to Trade and started to use Smartcharts much much earlier.
I have to say the whole team of traders/trainers I met at Hampton Court were excellent.
The way the training was put across in an easy to follow and understand way was second to non.
Anyone on the fence about learning through Learn to Trade, get off the fence and do it.
I'm loving Smartcharts and the training, I've since started using my training to place trades. I'm only trading small amounts of real money until I get more competent and comfortable doing what I'm doing. But only after a day's training I'm trading and making small wins whereas before hand I'd been trying for years and just made losses.
Thank you to everyone at Hampton Court trade floor, absolutely brilliant day, brilliant training, brilliant people.
