Absolutely scam rang so many time's they said they haven't taken any money trying to claim back money

I would give a zero if I could ! I tried to buy a toilet rolls from them trading as klexi.com at £9.99 and they signed me up to a subscription makepadded.com without my permission or knowledge! I had password sent from makepadded and on checking found i was member and would be charged £24.99 a fortnight ! They denied and claimed are not affiliated to any other business. I have contacted my bank to file fraud claim as they refuse to refund me . Please don't be fooled like me.

Like other comments I was caught out on the "subscription" which I didn't sign up for, a registration that never happened, an email with terms and conditions that I never received. A clever scam since you have no way of checking their story. Best not to buy anything from this company!

This is a fraudulent company,I placed an order for a drawing roll at 6.99 and i immediately subscribed to the platform without my consent and 3 days later I was charged 24.99 for a subscription I knew nothing about.
Upon talking to the customer care,they denied every selling a drawing roll and that I could not receive a refund as I was subscribed to their platform.
They do not deserve the 1 star and this is a fraudulent company please BEWARE??

Hello, this is my second message to track the arrival of my online purchase on February 5th, but until now, after calculating 8 to 12 working days, including working holidays, you still have not sent me. I will immediately file a complaint against you for fraud.

No address to return faulty items received either.
Money taken out for 'subscription'.

Yooh guys please don't order anything from them it's a scam I placed my order on the 3rd of Feb I haven't received anything from them until now and they and will send you sms's about tracking your parcel and u must pay for delivery. And they will send you a picture of courier which is Ram when u call and ask they don't pick up anything it's afraud guys.

This company is the biggest rip off I have ever experienced in my 63 years of life! A total total scam. I don't even want to give it 1 Star, it should be minus 10 stars!!! I purchase one pair of sandals at $29.95 AUD, was charged more than this plus an International Trans Fee, wasn't even aware they were coming from OS. Delivered in a bag with no Sales Order no Invoice, no receipt or any return address, just on front of package From: Sydney VIC - go figure. I wmanted to change the siza as were too small for me so had to send an EMail to find out how & where to return to, but NO you cannot exchange the size, it's totally my fault apparently that I didn't read the Size Chart properly - so much for Customer Service!!!!! On top of that exactly 4 weeks later I was charged exactly double the amount for the shoes again + Int Trans Fee & then several weeks later again charge double the amount. After several EMails I am told I have signed up to a Membership & they have sent me an Email explaining the T & C's. Total crpa, no EMail & I didn't sign up for any monthly membership - Total lies! They finally agreed to cancel my so called Membership which I never requested in the first place but would not refund any money. So in essence I have paid for 5 pairs of shoes been delivered 1 pair which I cannot return to change the size or even wear. This site should be removed for the underhanded scam that it is!

Biggest scam going. I tried to by a slide for my daughter for Christmas and then they started taking money out of my account, 4 times in just over a month. Everytime I have contacted them and they keep saying they have cancelled my subscription (I didn't even sign up to no subscription) even a few weeks later they take more. I didn't even receive the slide

Absolutely ripped me off! Stay away from this company. I brought a dress for $39. Got the product back in December, today I had a charge of $77.14 in my account from them. Contacted them they said I’d signed up for a membership, I don’t recall seeing anything about that , obviously small print, all I wanted was the dress. They will not refund me and said I had agreed to it all. $77 is a lot of money when you get nothing from it , absolutely angry, upset and out of pocket. And going by other reviews they’ve all fallen in the same trap

Scammers...they will try to take repeated subscription monies from you. I phoned my bank and got my card cancelled straight away. The girl said to never ever buy off any Facebook shopping ads as they are usually scams. I won't do that again! It's important to check your account daily too, so you can act quickly in the event of these scams.

Same review as pretty much everyone else. SCAM...STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Bought a laptop tray and well they have been charging me 24.99 for a 3 day subscription which I NEVER signed up for. My bank advised I should contact the merchant which I have done but they are as much use as a chocolate fireguard. My bank said I have 15 days before they can do anything to get it back. Raging isn't the word. Be careful people.

Never heard of these and all of a sudden I’ve had a pending transaction for 24.99! Haven’t a clue who they are looking up seems to be from Cyprus? Will be into bank first thing to block these robbing t****

I also tried to buy a slide I saw an ad for on Instagram for 6.99. Next thing I know they've charged me 24.99 for a 3 weekly subscription. I complained in my email to them they said they dont run ads on Instagram and they dont sell slides! Are they telling me what I saw was wrong. They didn't even acknowledge that it may be a scam. So the whole company must be a scam. Going to work with my bank to sort it out. But looks like my money is gone

the worst website i have seen in my life they deducted for the whole year from my account and i did not subscribe or dont have any membership with them. Now i ask for refund they just giving excuses more then two month i have all the evidence against this page kindly support me i will upload a video against this scam website

I ordered a slide for 6.99 then got an email to say I had signed a subscription for 29.99 every 3 days to leave my account! I did not sign no subscription/membership and it wasn't written anywhere to be seen! Ridiculous and unprofessional for a company to do tho! I have cancelled the lot 3 hours after ordering but you can bet I have hassle and they still try to charge me! Disgusting behaviour
