Buyers beware! I recently bought a pair of LED Panel Light 600x600 - Multi CCT & Dimmable – 40W, which unfortunately stopped working shortly after purchase. Despite the lights being under warranty, the company's response was disappointing. They insisted that I cover the return shipping costs for a warranty check and suggested buying a new pair while waiting for a resolution.
This is not the level of service I expected, especially from a company that should stand by its warranty. Other companies offer to cover such costs and provide replacements without additional charges. I regret my purchase and advise potential buyers to be wary of the hassle involved with this company's warranty process.

While the light is still working via the main switch, we did our best to promptly address the malfunction of the remote by offering troubleshooting guidance, which unfortunately did not resolve the issue. Our standard procedure in such cases is to have the product returned for a detailed inspection and repair under warranty. We understand that covering the shipping cost for a warranty return can be an inconvenience, but this is written in our returns policy.
We acknowledge your frustration about not having replacement lights during the inspection period. It is not our usual policy to provide temporary replacements while we carry out the inspection, we take your feedback seriously and are committed to resolving your issue and would like to make things right. Please contact our customer service team, and we will look into expediting the testing and repair process. Our goal is to ensure that your lighting is functioning perfectly as quickly as possible.

I ordered a 50m set of 4000k led lights they have been installed for just over a year. They have broken in 2 places and now need replacing.I contacted them to see if they can help to be told quiet bluntly they have a 1 year warranty. The lights are fitted into a drop ceiling and are very difficult to replace so beware of you’re looking to order these!
Terrible customer service and terrible product won’t be using them again

After taking week off to put up annual Christmas lights up disaster rope lights packed up rang dave at led gave me quote for 50 metre led lights he was very patient with me absolutely saved christmas mate eagerly awaiting delivery tomorrow cheers will definitely use company again cheers dave
Excellent product. Will be ordering again this year. We placed a large order which arrived swiftly. There was one strip of faulty lights which was replaced promptly.
The light is exactly as described on website. Fitted by electrician easily and works perfectly.
The order arrived promptly, but unfortunately was not correct. This was rectified by LED Supply & Fit quickly and without any difficulty. I would use them again.
