Excellent company with fantastic customer service throughout.
They guided me through the purchase of my lights when I knew what I wanted to achieve but had no idea how to get there!

They clearly explained the different options available, providing straightforward advice and all the facts I needed to make an informed decision. Nothing was too much trouble, and their knowledge and support made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I recently needed some lighting to go in my garden, once I tried some local wholesalers they couldn’t find me anything I wanted without a big price tag, I found UK LED lights and they had exactly what I wanted, I made my order and I then got an email saying the LED strip I ordered was out of stock and they could send me better ones, had no issues at all ordering and getting them delivered and they work perfect, I have been emailing back and forth Kabir who has been wonderful and very helpful with any information I have needed and resolving any issues

I really recommend this company for all your lighting needs

Unfortunately, this situation has still not been resolved.
The company has refunded only half of my money and asked me to delete my negative review. I did not delete the review because I still have not received a complete, working order. Since then, they appear to have stopped communicating with me.
This has been an extremely frustrating and expensive experience. The equipment supplied initially was faulty. I then had an electrician come back to install the replacement, but the wrong leads were sent. This happened twice, and now I have discovered that the connector pins required to complete the installation are also missing.
I have now had to pay an electrician to attend three separate times because of faulty, incorrect or missing parts supplied with this order. The electrician's costs have ended up being around 10 times the cost of the product itself, and I still cannot complete the installation.
I have repeatedly tried to give the company the opportunity to resolve this properly. Refunding only half the money and asking me to remove my negative review does not resolve the problem.
All I wanted was the correct, complete and working equipment that I paid for. Unfortunately, after multiple incorrect parts, missing components and now a lack of communication, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Very disappointing experience with UK LED Lights.

The original LED tape I received was faulty and burned out immediately. After reporting this, they sent me a replacement, but the replacement was a different size from the original, which created another problem with the installation.

I explained the issue and provided photos showing exactly what was needed. I was then told they would send two extension leads with plugs that matched the connector on the replacement LED at no extra cost.

Unfortunately, the extension leads they sent are completely different and do not match the LED at all, so they are no use to me.

So far I have received one faulty product, a replacement of a different size, and now extension leads that don't fit what they supplied.

Mistakes can happen, but after explaining the problem several times and providing photos, I would expect someone to physically check that the replacement parts are compatible before sending them.

I still don't have a complete working setup despite all the emails and replacement parts. Very frustrating and disappointing customer service experience.

Firstly I would like to thank Kabir khan for all the help and advice on purchasing my led lights, tracks and power supply for my garden project, as he was very understanding as to what I was looking for and what I needed.

Secondly the led lights and the Ali tracks and the power supply provided are of very high quality and the products speak for them selves if you are considering this company to purchase led lights and power supplies don’t hesitate as fast delivery brilliant communication

What a brilliant company to deal with! We used uk led lights for our garden project and were helpful all the way through! All questions answered excellent knowledge and very helpful with suggestions on how to do go about what we wanted to do! We made a plan and they supplied me with a quote for my plan! We’ve just Completed and it looks amazing and works seamlessly! We’re so happy! These aren’t Amazon crap guys these are some serious led flex with all the channels and clips to suit! Thank you so much! Love the brightness they light up the steps and space so well!

It wasn’t easy to get in touch with customer service over the phone, but I managed to reach them via email regarding the issue I had with the lights. The company was very prompt with their support — they posted the replacement parts on the same day, and I received them the following day.

Their technical service team was very helpful and quickly resolved one issue.
Hopefully they can help get everything fully working soon.

Amazing service highly recommend I had 0 knowledge qasim and kabir were extremely helpful and helped me transform my garden Will be using again.

Ordered LED connectors which arrived with items missing and was the wrong product. I've emailed several times to flag it and had zero response: no fix, no acknowledgement. Avoid.

From my initial email to get assistance in selecting the correct items for the project through to purchasing the customer service of Kabir who I dealt with was second to none. Each email I sent the response was prompt and clear. Would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again for future projects

3 out of 5 led strips have failed within 3 months - all power is good strips have just failed. Quality is terrible. I bought IP68 bendable strips and track but all 3 have failed.
Do not purchase

Excellent product and customer service was more than expected. Kabir took it upon himself to email me about the products I had purchased as realised I had ordered two products that weren’t compatible. So instead of just shipping them out as many others would!!! checked with me first, whilst also offering and informing me of the correct product at no extra cost. Once I’d got back to him, the products were shipped and received the following morning. Definitely recommend this company and will certainly be using them again in the future as and when needed.

A very helpful company who were able to answer my questions (of which there were many!) with good knowledge. Great products and I had no issues with any of the items supplied. I've more large lighting projects to complete in the future and I'll definitely be using UK LED Lights again!
