UK LED Lights Avis

UK led lights are amazing Team.
Any one who is looking led lights controller these guys are the best.

There prices are reasonable but important
There service very High always ready to help.

Would highly recommend this company

I ordered an item that has never arrived
they don't have a phone number so you cant speak to an actual person
they rarely respond to e mails and when they do they don't do as they say they will
still waiting for a refund I ordered the item in April
buyer be wear not a trustworthy company at all

The led strip lights are made up by connecting one metre lengths into the lengths you order.
I ordered a six metre and a five metre lengths they look ok but after just a few hours the five metre length developed a fault on the first section which effects the colour further down the strip.
Also you only get a short lead from plug to the power unit and it you want longer they charge you a fortune just for a few extra feet.
They don't seem to be interested in the issue. So when I Come to replace the faulty one it will not be by them.
OK UPDATE after the supplier got back to me and the question of waterproof IP65 and showerproof seemed to be the issue, it says IP65 waterproof then later says showerproof . My issue is that if something is supplied complete it should be fit for purpose.
If these lights when fixed to a board/fence/wall in the garden where it rains and fail then they should not be sold for external use .
The supplier has replaced the strip but say they need protecting ??? and could I update my review .
Job Done have a nice day

Great product and service. Would definitely buy from here again.

Having used Neon lighting on various projects. The products had issues and would burn out.

Came across UK Led, glad I did!

Neon flex is great quality and nice bright even light. Customer service is 5 stars.

Would recommend them for any project.

Scam! please avoid using this site for your LEDs. Also terrible customer service.

Purchased 2 lots of water proof LED strip lights, they are amazing, very easy to operate with the remote control provided, highly recommended

My go to place for LED. Huge selection and professional service.

I needed lights for my pool and was guided by the professionals at UK LED. I am very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended!

Overall an amazing experience. I was in the market for some unique lightening solutions that had to be bespoke as it was for a major brand Hotel and they wanted a unified look all around their sites. Seeing the vision being created and the wow factor it has received meant the world to me and I am over the moon with all the work carried out be U.K. LED Lights. Thank you once again.

Amazingly bright and beautiful led light. My kitchen looks like out of a magazine. Excellent customer service and speedy delivery. I will be buying more.

Excellent build quality... Decent glow value for money... Delivered I time as promised

We discussed a led strip for the window channel for the balcony. They said they have this, I sent the picture of the metal balcony channel but it seems they said yes to all the questions I I put them on but they weren't real. They said everything was of ultra high quality. But it seems that they are not what they want to appear on the Internet. I do not recommend. The attitude is derisive. They don't have a customer service.UPDATE !!! After I left my review, the owner contacted me and said that if I didn't delete my review, he would leave one for my company. Which doesn't make sense because he didn't use it my company's services and more i bought this personally for a friend. I told him that it is his problem if he wants to leave the review there, but at the same time I informed him that it's illegal to blackmail me and especially to leave a fake review for something he didn't use. I wrote here on tru to understand the type of company you are dealing with.

Very good service . Excellent.

Very professional and helpful. Will order again

Lights were great

Highly recommended quality products and excellent customer service.

Great quality! Excellent customer service experience. Very professional. My home and garden now looks amazing! Thanks

Been calling to place an order for over 3 days now and they keep taking my telephone number and promising someone will call back.
Nothing has happened. If I’m having issues purchasing the products I need, god knows what will happen if I have issues.
And Oh Yes they kept using the, “everyone is in a meeting at the moment”…… I’m wondering what it could have been about, it’s lasted 3 days.

When my electrician came to install the 15m Cob strip supplied by UK LED Lights, two sections were faulty. On ringing their customer service, they say someone will ring back. Nobody does. I rang twice more, same story. There is nobody at all in the company (so I was told) to speak to with a complaint. Nobody to resolve the problem. Nobody to do anything other than take my details over and over again.

Their website says "excellent customer service", but that is the absolute opposite of the reality. Appalling service.

My recommendation - place your order with someone else.
