Hitway electric folding bike delivered promptly but the box was falling apart.

LeEco Riders gave me some really helpful advice regarding E bike choice which lead to me buying a Fiido M21. I'm really pleased with the bike, its fantastic! Delivery was less than a week. I got a great price too. I would definitely buy from

I've used LeEco-Riders twice now I bought an engwe c20 pro and a gogobest gf700 both bikes are great and had no issues with delivery which only took a week.
I find it best to go through a uk dealer rather than a Chinese dealer it's much easier especially if you have problems.
Will definitely be using LeEco-Riders again.

LeEco-Riders had the best price for the ebike I was looking for on the web. Other sites with the lower prices appeared to have appalling reviews so I went with this firm. I'm really pleased with the bike. It was delivered promptly and in great condition. Would recommend to others for future purchases.

Ordered the Engwe EP-2 Pro e-bike in Black direct from the website with a great price. Had a little issue with stock from Engwe so was offered to swap to the Orange version with a partial refund which I was happy to take.

Bike arrived super quick once it had been re-ordered and the box was in perfect condition with no damage.

Now managed to set the bike up and she’s a beast, I absolutely love it 😍. Would highly recommend LeEco-Riders to anyone.

Really pleased with the bike. Ordered Tuesday night and it was delivered Friday. Well packaged ,no damage.
It would of been helpful to get an email when it was despatched with tracking details from Leeco. Fortunately i just decided to ask if they could provide any tracking details at point of shipping and i was given the Tuffnells tracking number. Tuffnells do not bother getting in touch to make you aware they are delivering, i only found out by entering the tracker number on Tuffnells website. I was not home Friday so tried to contact Tuffnells...no joy did not answer phone. Luckily my neighbours were kind enough to say they would keep a look out for me and take the delivery in. Neighbours noticed Tuffnells delivering the bike to another house in the next road, thankfully they intervened else the bike would of been delivered to wrong house and left outside all day. If you look at Tuffnells reviews they are shocking, i really hope leeco consider changing their courier. We want to order another bike but are unsure due to the poor courier service.
Leeco are really good i just hope this courier company do not impact on their customer service.

Great product arrived really quick one very happy son

Great bike, price was very reasonable. Arrived in good condition and within 3 days. Only issue was with Tuffnells the courier, they left the bike at side of house when nobody was at home without leaving a note. Bike was left outside at side of property for 10 hours without me knowing it was there. I was lucky it wasn't stolen.

I recommend them to anyone fast delivery and very fulfilled
