Won't refund defective items

We bought two bathroom sets from them, and one arrived with one part significantly damaged and unusable. When I contacted them about this requesting a replacement, they instead offered just a measly 10% refund on the damaged item (!!!). I of course did not accept that, and they went up to 30% saying more was "not possible" which is absurd. I told them that wasn't acceptable either and they stopped responding to my emails. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. The items we got that weren't damaged are very nice, though they were packaged very amateurishly in loose broken styrofoam shards which were a big pain to clean up.

Trying to Charge a Customer Additional Money for US Customs and Borders 30 Days After Order Delivered

I had a disappointing experience ordering from Le Home Decor. I purchased a product and paid for both the item and shipping at checkout. More than 30 days after receiving the order, I was surprised to receive an additional invoice from FedEx for U.S. Customs and Border Protection charges, sent by Bifrost Enterprises.

At no point during the checkout process was I informed that additional duties or import fees might apply, nor was this clearly stated on their website or on my order confirmation. Had this been disclosed upfront, I would have factored it into my purchasing decision.

It’s frustrating to receive unexpected charges well after the transaction is complete. Transparency around international shipping costs and potential duties is important, and unfortunately that was missing from this experience.

I would recommend that Le Home Decor clearly communicate any potential customs or import fees to customers before purchase to avoid situations like this in the future.

Wrong product was sent

Wrong product was sent. After I called them and they agreed to refund me, they stopped answering my call. If you can't deal with customers, don't start a business. Being sweet on the phone and proceeding to ignore the customer is a horrible long term strategy. Good luck not getting any positive word of mouth marketing and hurting people's sentiments by stealing their hard earned money.

Bait and Switch

When I received the items they looked nothing like the polished ad. They misrepresented with an entirely different photo.

The Scallop Marble Wash Basin is shallower than described on your site. It also has multiple chips. I need to return this item per your return policy, but I cannot get an email response back from you, though I have emailed you three times and your phone is not working.

I feel cheated. We ordered a basin/sink and it’s full…

We ordered a basin/sink and it’s full of cracks and the finishing is very bad. We informed them that we would like to return the items ( vide WhatsApp). After that they informed me that they would let me know how to return the goods but have not responded thereafter. They do not take my calls and my messages are on 1 tick. My assumption is that they have blocked me. The visuals on the website is very good but we are very disappointed with the physical product itself. I need this matter resolved immediately.

You do not include dimensions on…

You do not include dimensions on description therefore we received a sink unusable so we must return it.
Your return policy stinks. We should not have to pay for shipping this item back. Should you have included the dimensions on the description we would not have ordered it.
Once a client, never again.

Lotus bud shaped marble tealights look…

Lotus bud shaped marble tealights look awesome, as pictured on the website. Items took a bit of time (10 days) to ship initially, and I had to write the company to ask about it, after which the order shipped immediately and came quickly. It was packed extremely well with newspaper, bubble wrap and foam sheeting.

WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED. Not

Waiting to hear back for more than one week for wrong product shipment. Emailed photo of the incorrect product I received and still waiting. Had to initiate a dispute with my credit card company.
