Lemon Squad Avis 

So great! I booked online and someone scheduled an appointment within the next 24 hours. I was purchasing a used car out of state and wasn't able to test drive or inspect myself. The results were very thorough and I immediately told everyone about Lemon Squad! Most people don't even know this is an offered service.

My technician was thorough, timely, and very friendly.

Requested an inspection Thursday afternoon which was promptly assigned, and the inepector was onsite Saturday to complete the inspection. I received over 150 photos, most of which were very good and helpful. These photos alone are way better than what I got from the dealership. Great underbody and engine photos. Tire measurements and a brief drive impression give me confidence for my 500 mile drive home.

Very detailed inspection with over 200 photos taken. The verbal summary provided as well at the Table with green, yellow and red notifications of the status was excellent. They did however miss that the spare tire was completely shredded. The seller placed it in the trunk damaged side down but it was obviously damaged and deflated. That was the only thing missed and replaced with a $50 used tire. Not a big miss by any stretch of the imagination.

The car was inspected on Thursday and according to the website uploaded the same day. The review is still pending over 36 hours later. According to the website they do review reports on Saturdays. There is no messaging system available outside of M-F 8-5 cst. Do not use this service unless you and your salesperson are willing to wait a week. I'M STILL WAITING.

Easy experience. Thorough inspection and clear communication. I'm in FL and I got a truck inspected in WA without an issue. Really great and would certainly use again.

I ordered an inspection because I was unable to make the trip to view the vehicle. The inspection was maticulous. Based on the inspection, I purchased and couldn't be more happy. This was a great experience and I will definitely employ this service for future purchases.

The inspector was honest and helpful with any questions that I had. I had two cars inspected and the first car was not a good car and the inspector did let me know all the problems that it had, and I was able to return that car and then got another car. The inspector came back out, looked over with it and let me know that that car was in good condition. They saved me from buying a lemon.

Thorough Reporting:
the report and comments were thorough. On paper, the car looked good (inspection report, carfax, reconditioning performed) But, it was the technician going out and seeing the car, taking it for a test drive and his comments - along with the conversation I had with the master technician that saved me from making a $25K mistake.

I was suddenly in the position of having to buy a new used car, my old trusted car having died suddenly. I was referred to LemonSquad, and they assiduously kept me informed of each step of the way, even before the mechanic went onsite to examine the car we were considering buying. Once the mechanic did the report, it was very thorough -- both tests and results, and photos -- and it made the difference so that I felt it was a good idea to purchase the car. I went with LemonSquad rather than the onsite mechanic recommended by the seller (not the car's owner), wanting an impartial examination. I received the report within (I believe) less than a week after paying for it. And it tipped me over the edge, and I purchased the used car. This is now a month ago, and I am delighted with our purchase.

I had never heard of a service like this prior to someone mentioning it to me and I was blown away by the service and over 200 detailed pics and videos of the vehicle. The inspector was extremely detailed in his inspection, and I could tell he knew exactly what to look for and the problem areas of concern when purchasing a classic vehicle. I loved the detail of the report. However some key issues, specific with Rv ownership was missed. Especially since I paid for an Rv inspection.
1. The roof has some issues that weren’t shown. I assumed that since it wasn’t identified, there were no issues.
2. The screen door handle was broken on one side. So you have to reach through the door to open it!
3. Multiple storage doors are sagging and need to be fixed. Most are hinge replacements.
Like I said small to medium issues, I assumed they had no issues.

I was actually getting anxious because the inspection got postponed a couple days, I’m glad I waited. Very thorough inspection revealed a lot about cleared codes, damage you could not see in photos, etc. AND during the test drive it was noted that the vehicle had transmission issues. They stopped me from buying a lemon. I will definitely use them again. Thank you!

If it was not for lemon squad , I would have potentially acquired one of those three , just based upon how it was advertised and the picture of the seller had presented. Ultimately, there was a fourth car that I had lemon squad to check and it actually turned out to be the exact perfect one that I wanted and the reports. And this expression came back and pinpointed and identified the car was in the standard and maintenance condition that I was looking for.. i suggest and recommend lemon squad to anyone who is looking to acquire a car and really with desire.A pre purchase in to be done.

I am sooo grateful that I used you to review the vehicle that I was about to purchase. I am a first time user of Lemon Squad. This report saved me from making a multiple thousand dollar mistake. Issues that can not be picked up from even the best photographs. I am in the process of buying another car online and will absolutely use you again.

Inspector showed up a day late and then only spent 25 minutes actually inspecting vehicle. Noted that engine was 4 cylinders when it was actually 6 cylinders. Never drove vehicle just rode in it with owner driving. While report includes a lot of pictures it does not include much actual information/comments. The worst pre-purchase service I have ever used.

Detailed outline, but as the AI mentioned I could pinpoint areas I wanted check throughly I didn't see were to ask.

I found my dream used car, but was going to pass on it because it was to far away for me to test drive it. My sales person recommended several places that will inspect it for me. I went with Lemon Squad because they were a National Company. I was very pleased on their thorough inspection and results of their written report and verbal report. I would definitely use their service again.
