DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! NOT IN US!! SCAM!!! I should have come to this website before I bought apparel from them. I bought some tops that looked legit from what I thought was a company in New York. When I got my tops the quality was not at all what was advertised. Cheap, see through and small. When I asked for a refund they told me to keep the product and that they would only provide me with a 10% refund or give me store credit. They made it hard for me to return them because they are in China. They also claim their business address is in Casper, WY. They are not! It is a bs address. The phone number provided is not in service. DO NOT BUY! I just lost about $90.00 but it is my fault for not researching them further before I spent the money. SCAM! RUN! DO NOT BUY!!

I ordered a jumpsuit from this company and what showed up in no way looked like the image. The fabric was already pilling and was completely see-through. There was no tag indicating what brand the piece of clothing was. It was extremely cheap and unwearable.

The company makes themselves out to be a US based company. Their website states a NY address and NY is also in their company name, but they refused to pay for me to return the garment to an address in CHINA that they provided. I would have never ordered this item if their website gave any indication that they weren't US based. The addresses on their website are deceiving, the clothing images are AI generated and don't match the garments, DO NOT BUY!

This is a scam. Misleading Web site and crap quality clothe. Got a sweater that barely resembles what was advertised. Quality of the materials was terrible, no labels, etc. When I asked to start a return process, I never heard back. Don't fall for it.

The clothes that are advertised on the website are advertised by digital AI. They don’t resemble the clothes that you receive at all. This website is an impressive scamming website. They are scammers. They say they are located in the Bronx of New York NO they are located in China. They say the actual materials are cotton or silk no they’re 100% polyester. Lena NY claims to have a wonderful customer service yet the phone number does not work in the US at all. It immediately hangs up. It is a scammer phone number, even if you call them from an actual PayPal site not a working phone number for customer service. They say they want their customers to be happy, they have a warranty to give you a refund yet when you go to ask for a refund they start haggling with you 20% of the actual amount you paid or 50% of the actual amount, you have to take out a case with your financial institute, credit card or PayPal to get a refund. It took over a month to receive the counterfeit item that doesn’t even resemble that item you ordered at all Lena New York advertisement says 100% cotton No it’s 100% polyester. You order a large but it’s Asian sizes so it’s really a small in America, it’s not made in New York it’s made in China, the quality of the clothes is absolutely awful!

I ordered over a month ago I still have not received my items that I ordered and the whole concept of it implying that it’s a clothing company in New York is a lie. They are located in China. Chinese sizes overpriced cheap material. I would never recommend this place no customer service phone number no for help it’s a complete sham! I would never recommend this horrible dishonest company!
