I recently spoke with Rose regarding assistance with paying off some of my debt, and she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire conversation. Rose was sencer and very helpful. Very knowledgeable about the product and services. 5 stars plus.
They are a total scam and will never stop calling 5 times a day for months. If you want to really mess up your enemies, give them their phone number and the harassment will never end. I have submitted about 100 of their inbound phone numbers to the FTC now and they still won't stop harassing me!

I had the pleasure of talking to Mack Ruffin and really didn't expect to do anything but after he saw my credit I thought that's it, I'm not getting any help. He came back on the phone and asked me what happened and I told him and he said he was going to help me. Words I didn't expect too hear. He done me right and I can never thank him enough.

I will leave the original review below. Do not use this company. I spent over an hour asking questions and making sure everything was understood. Two weeks later they divulge new information and terms about their process while trying to keep their "service fees", saying they can only take my money, and do nothing until my account goes into default, when they were in perfectly good standing. I was mislead by the agent below. If you can pay your bills do not use this company just get a debt consolidation loan. Do not try use their program that "works with lenders".
And Michael of course solicited for a review after the call which is why I initially submitted a review.
(Michael Mina was great at answering my many questions on a process I had never been through. Throughout our long call he remained upbeat and helpful! The process seemed much simpler with his knowledge and assistance. Thanks!)

I recently have been looking for a personal loan due to medical bills that have caused my credit to take a negative turn. I have Crohns disease and have had to endure years of pain to get to the remission state I currently am in. Lendvia is one of the companies that has called me in response to some online applications that I have filed. Jonathan Mamuyac was the account executive that the automated system connected me with. After verifying some information with him he asked if the information he emailed to me regarding my credit was accurate. I questioned a section of the information and he condescendingly commented that I wasn't aware how credit scores were determined. I've followed my credit score closely for decades but had not come across the particular verbiage the company was using but Mr Mamuyac repeated that it wasn't "something taught in school". I became frustrated and Mr Mamuyac started to ridicule me based on information he was taking from my credit report. I have never heard of such blatant disrespect, lack of decency and poor customer service skills in my entire life. I hope its not a reflection of the company overall and I hope that Mr Mamuyac is re-trained at the very least.

I was solicited via mail by Lendvia for what was described as a consolidation loan -- yet was contacted by Alleviate -- a debt reduction/repayment program. The application process was very lengthy and convoluted -- with three different entities involved and also with multiple email and text links that needed verifications and sign-in pages to be completed -- not always with success.
However, he person that I spoke with and who handled my enrollment in the repayment program, Jose Venegas, was very knowledgeable, displayed patience and was very efficient at juggling my questions while still working on the tasks necessary to complete the application process. I would rate him, personally, a five-star performer.

Mack Ruffin answered any and all questions that my wife and I had about helping us with her credit usage so we can get her finished with her MBA. He was very knowledgeable about the process and worked with us to get everything structured to benefit us the most.
