Mike made the process seamless and gave clarity along the way. I appreciated his genuine tone and understanding to my situation.

I am still receiving several phone calls a day from 949-968-3495. As my previous review said, the caller ID shows Lendvia. I emailed success at lendvia.com on May 28 and Jun 2 asking to confirm if that phone is is one of theirs and to please stop calling if it is. No response. I'm hoping someone from the company sees this and can connect with me on this.

Miguel Sanchez was very professional in providing all aspects of loan servicing information Lendvia provided. When one option was not available, he provided others that exceeded my original expectations. Further, his step-by-step directions allowed even an oldster like me to follow with ease the steps required to complete the enrollment process in short order. He also made sure I had all the information or contact numbers I needed to answer any future questions.
On a personal note, Miguel was patient, thorough, and extremely likable. He certainly performed at a five star PLUS level!

False advertising, bait and switch, scam offer. Received a solicitation for a 5 year fixed loan with a 5.99% APR. The offer included a personal code with my name. Obviously very specific target marketing. The offer didn't state 5.99% - 39.99%. I indicated I was only interested in 1/4 of the loan amount offered, and I was only interested in the 5.99% rate. After wasting 30 minutes of my time, reviewing my cr, and asking me dozens of questions the rep said the interest rate would be 35%. What a scam. Don't get sucked in.

Lendiva is all about helping the customer and helping them solve their debts instead of solely trying to profit off of multiple customers. The staff is great and always ready to help.

Michael explained to us everything answered all my questions. He will be a an assets to your company.
