My Experience with Lendward and Kia Naperville
I received a loan approval letter in the mail from Lendward using Kia Naperville’s letterhead, which gave the impression of a pre-approved offer. After engaging in the process, my credit was run through multiple lenders, resulting in unnecessary credit inquiries that negatively impacted my credit score.
At no point was it clearly explained how many lenders my credit would be submitted to or that the “approval” was not firm. I feel the marketing was misleading and caused financial harm. Based on my experience, I would advise other consumers to proceed with extreme caution and ask very specific questions before allowing any credit checks. I will be filing a complaint against both companies as my credit score was effected for this scam mess. In case anyone else needs this information. Let me add after your 20 day reply, the rep on the phone told me not to pay my next loan payments this deal was good to go.. So stop it with the lies, I have an email and his name. False advertisement at it's finest..

Lendward sent me a letter to trade my vehicle in at Royal kia. I did end up buying a vehicle and it was the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had in my life. Lendward was not the company who ended up financing me but they were the company that brought me into the lot where I bought my vehicle so I'm very pleased with them.

Memo was our seller and he did a great job at it. We had in mind in what we wanted however we were upside down on our trade in vehicle.

I had no plans to trade my car in. And thought I would just check out what the dealership at Hyundai would present to me.
I travel a lot. Besides being an Uber driver for my elderly mom. It was a great deal for me with very manageable monthly payments. A brand new Hyundai Venus Subcompact SUV. 12 miles from the dealership lot. I’m very satisfied and happy with the service and the Lender Loan Company. Debbie Lynn Heath

I was sent a letter offer to purchase my currently loan and get a new car that did not happen and staff at Hyundai was not even away of the situation! Was told it’s bots who send out letter..needless to say I don’t not get my old car purchased as it stated but I did walk out with a new car from a different bank and nothing to do with landward. So that’s the only reason I even gave 2 stars
