Was told empty clean floor s9 did this at 7am sofas tv etc etc whole living room to b called at 10.30by actual fitter not office to b told my.floor not in stock altho they take money from my benefits now a won't or dont wanna refund me my £40 measuring fee n the weekly payments of £10. Altogether £60 s5ill waiting 4 refund I also have be mental health.noe must live without floor

Avoid at all costs
Would definitely not recommend to anyone including my worst enemy. Was notified at lunchtime of my day of fitting that the fitter had quit and the flooring wouldn’t be fitted. Unable to give an eta to fit and likely to be a few weeks. My carpet had already been removed as they request this so had no option to pay out for another company to fit my flooring.
Paid the deposit in cash and instalments up until the fitting date by card. Agreed to a refund of what I had paid but this takes up to 11 working days. I can send money to Australia in 4 !!!
So all in all left severely out of pocket still awaiting a refund and people on the phone speak like they can’t be bothered
Would recommend going with a professional company as opposed to these
