Letterfest Avis 

I was very excited for this order. I ordered a personalised book as a fathers day present from our 6month old. The parcel arrived and was damaged. The book was in a plastic wrap and some cardboard, thats it. Poorly wrapped. I cant believe I paid $65 for this product to be damaged. Really dissapointing. Otherwise I have no issues with the quality. But value for money to receive a gift not 100% is not acceptable.

I purchased a memorial dog stone for over $60 from Letterfest and I am extremely disappointed. The rock size is fine, but I can barely read the engraving as it's too light in color and the size of the font is ridiculously small considering the size of the stone, and so is the paw print. Obviously, I have to keep it as it's a gift, but I am embarrassed to give it. Not worth the money!!!

Recently placed an order for a 1st Birthday Story book and received it today. I have to say I am extremely happy with the quality of the book and how quickly the item arrived. I would highly recommend Letterfest and I was kept informed by email of every stage of my order. Delivery was via Royal Mail and I was able to track my order if I so wished to do so as I was provided with a tracking number. Excellent customer service skills from Letterfest. Thank you!

Ordering my watercolor drawing could not have been any easier. The proof turnaround was quicker than I expected and once it was approved it shipped so quickly. Customer service was great. I ordered a personalised book for a christening and it said it would arrive within 2-3 days. This turned into 8 days to arrive and once it did, I’m very disappointed with the quality of the book. The writing is all out of proportion, writing over images then a big white gap under and the hard cover isn’t inline front to back - there’s a gap. Would not recommend, awful experience.

Wouldn’t order again. I ordered a memorial stone for my sisters dog who sadly passed. Delivery said 2-4 days which would have been better timing, as the dog was still with us at point of ordering, It took 13 days from order. I spent £40
If I knew it was going to take that long I would have shopped around, but I ordered it quickly and needed it to arrive within the timescales. I then received two on Saturday 11th July. Quality was ok and the gift was well received just a shame it took so long to come. Marie answered my emails and was polite.

Awful Ai generated image. They did multiple versions ( sometimes within 30mins) and when challenged promised me it wasn't ai. Told me they would escalate to a 'senior designer' and I approved this version out of pure interest. Drawing came, absolutely rubbish clearly AI generated. I found many sites from ex employees stating they were all ai or ran through filters and tidied up by humans, so they claim hand drawn. They then ignored my refund request and luckily I claimed back through paypal.

Both Marie and Reynald displayed exceptional service during my dealings/correspondence with their company. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business, especially if you would like a high standard product with customer satisfaction through and through.

Tried to order memorial stone. No review before ordering to show how stone would look. Not impressed with ordering format. Shame as this would have been the first of 5 orders.

purchased an $80 hardcover book for my only son’s first Father’s Day—a gift from his baby boy—and I am extremely disappointed. The book arrived without a title page at the front, which is a basic, standard element of any book. When you open it, there is only a blank page and then the dedication. No proper title page at all. This is unacceptable for a nearly $100 personalized gift.
Your response claiming that the book “also includes the title page at the end by default” only confirms that the title page at the beginning was missed. A title page should always appear at the front. There is no scenario where a book should begin with a blank page and a dedication and simply omit the title page entirely.
For the price I paid and the significance of this gift, this mistake is extremely frustrating. Please send a corrected copy.
My multiple exchanges with customer service have continued to mention the default title page also at the end of the book but no resolution.
