Despite the unprecedented challenge for her transferring the Assured Shorthold Tenancy to a Periodic Tenancy Agreement after 1st May she was superb and always happy to talk on the telephone as well as undertaking email correspondence with great speed, diligence, perseverance and professionalism and yet with a personal tailored approach of support and advice.
