The whole team are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and any minor mistakes are quickly picked up and dealt with. We have used this team since our first rental property in 2014 and gone back to them time and time again, for tenant finds to fully managed. A fab team of people to work with, who go above and beyond and just have an incredible amount of knowledge behind them.

Hannah was so helpful with an issue, and was quick to get back to me. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and she made everything so much less stressful.

Jenny and the whole team made the renting out of our property very straightforward and allowed us to move abroad knowing that our property was in safe hands. Redecorating and reletting a flat is always a messy process, especially when moving agents at the same time. I found Joshue interactive and communicative in getting it going and that was taken over relatively seamlessly by Grace and then Eluned. Would have liked everything to happen faster but as the communication was continuous and thorough I was fairly happy with the process. Based on my experience to date I would recommend them.

As a tenant looking for a new place to live, with a fair number of specific requirements (location, family etc) in a competitive market, it was refreshing to be treated like a valued customer by The Letting Shop - not the experience from most agents.

Joshua & Danni in particular went out of their way to help me. Communications were prompt & helpful and I was treated with patience and respect throughout.
