If I could rate them lower...
If I could rate them lower, I would. Order was placed on January 20th, and was informed it may take 1-5 business days. It is now February 10th, and they have yet to provide any tracking information or even update on my purchased goods. I have been "successful" with reaching their customer service department, but there is no assistance that they can actually provide, beyond telling me I can email their supervisors (supervisors and management will not talk to customers directly).
As far as e-commerce is concerned, this outfit has to be one of the worst I have ever encountered.
