Best hosting provider I’ve ever used. Management is super responsive on Discord. I’ve worked in the hosting industry for years and they are one of the very few providers I trust.

Most importantly, they care about what they are doing.

Instant setup, personable support. Would not hesitate to order or use again.

Service in itself is great, unbeatable pricing in a sense of 1U Colos with the decent Path DDOS Protection they provide. They have their infrequent slew of issues (as every other provider does). I do wish they had stronger DDOS Protection as Path isn’t great compared to other providers in Carrier-1.

A few times when speaking to Ian about issues with the service he seemed to push off and basically state “If we cannot run at your standards leave” which I believe is a bit unprofessional and unsettling but besides that service is good.

I appreciate the hard work done by their team and will continue to colo with them.

I was a customer on leveloneservers for at least 8 months, the hardware was quite good for my needs, I had 4 servers with them during this time, without any kind of crashes or hardware failures. In addition to when I need some help from the support or sales team, they were always in record time to resolve my concerns.

After some years using rented servers, I got some nice and cheap hardware under colocation from Level One Servers. It's been 1.5 years with them and the good network, fast replies to tickets, availability to any question on Discord chat and personalized service, only make me want to stay with LOS for more years.

It's been a blast working with Ian and his team. Amazing colo prices with top notch ddos protection, you can't find that anywhere else. Only located in Texas which could be a concern for some people especially those on the extremities of the United states/Canada, or those in UK or Australia for server hosting. I'm hoping they get more locations in the future, as these guys are my go-to provider for colocation services. Amazing customer support and no under the table, or other shady business practices.

Fake reviews fake reviews fake reviews! Been with them for 3/4 of a year: This company is absolutely phenomenal! Despite some down time this month, never had much of anything to really complain about, dont believe these botted reviews.

I have never been this satisfied with a hosting provider. I mean, a dedicated server with these prices?? Do you even have a profit????

Been great from day 1 with pricing and service. Solid and has been even great w the results of specs as well.

Support Is Astonishing, I myself am quite new to the whole "colocation" aspect, but the guys at LevelOne answered every single question or concern I had, every time within a few hours. Maintaining a great attitude, Highly Recommend.

Been using Leveloneservers since 2019 had they have very good customer service and their colocation is probably one of the better ones in Dallas had no downtime at all except when they were switching to a different network otherwise no downtime with other provider was getting downtimes every week.

TL;DR: ∞/10.

LevelOneServers has been the best for us as a company. We have been on the hunt for a low-cost/easy to use colocation. Originally planning to use a server from Amazon/eBay but instead got talked into purchasing a used server from a L1S employee. Easiest transaction ever. Server was racked within the hour and usable by the end of the day. I have been in love with L1S and I plan to buy a few more servers from them or at least use them for colocating hardware. I am in LOVE with LevelOneServers and you should be too!
