Customer service it helpful and friendly, but response is a bit slow. Overall, levelone servers are experience and know what they are doing. I highly recommend using them.

Absolutetly phenominal
Absolutely great service. Had issues with a prior datacenter getting things installed in a some-what timely manner, so, I decided to move my server to LevelOne. Same-day setup, great support, and good pricing. I recommend this host to anyone looking for great colocation.
UPDATE:
Recently, I stepped away from LevelOne Servers to move towards a different colocation provider (mainly to upgrade to a full rack rather than single U colocation). After doing so, it appeared that both Ian and Amit didn't really care about keeping me as a client (I guess that's somewhat common), however, I was banned out of their Discord after making an extremely valid point about a reprimand made towards another user. I can say that LevelOne Servers is a good colocation provider, however, they do have their quirks. In the past couple of days, they've had some network problems (which it seems like they're attempting to resolve), however, they still have some management problems to figure out.

Leveloneservers is awesome. No other company can match the quality, support, or effort they give into their customers. All employees are willing to help and know what they’re doing. Hardware wise, everything is amazing. Love these guys!

Words can not express the level of service you get from these guys. The network is amazing. The staff are absolutely astonishing in caring and response time if you ever need them. I would never trust another company to handle my business servers EVER. If you need help in deciding where to trust your business and or servers LOOK NO MORE!!!!
Take it from me, I am very picky and I have tried many services from many different people and this one by far will always have my business.
Ian , Carlos, Vanya, Gamearoo you guys rock and because of the rock solid service and rock solid support, Level One Servers is the only place my business will be!
