Ashley Falcon is the best!

I needed help in the area of Mechanic's Liens and how to update information in Levelset. I just entered information to Prelim projects. I wasn't too clear on the ongoing information that is needed to keep us on top of the projects, especially out of state projects. She gave me loads of information and a link for educational classes. This will help me moving forward. Thanks Ashley for your time and patience!

Ashley is the best!

Ashley always responds to my emails in a timely manner! What I also appreciate is that she takes the time to educate me on where I need to go on the website to accomplish what I need to do! She is very patient and always a friendly voice on the other end of that phone call. Today she followed up our phone conversation with screenshots to have for future use.

on the 6th of June I spoke with Ashley and Robert about the previous year with Levelset. It was nice to review the year and I found the statistics that they provided about our use of service to be quite helpful. They helped put into perspective how much we use the service. Outside of that we spoke about possibly expanding our use of the service to implement sending invoices to clients. Ashley had followed up after this conversation and provided reports and informational resources about the steps for having our bookkeeping software meld with Levelset. Overall, I found the conversation to be quite useful and it has opened the discussion on our end to utilize Levelset more.

Nice automation, poor communication

We have been using this service for many years and even enjoy the upgraded membership with legal service. It is good basic coverage for our small business. Today 6.6.23 I called after processing our first lien on the first. As described 6.1.23 @ 10:42 to the Levelset associate I spoke to after completing the data input & payment- it is a rush (which I paid extra for) because the home is selling, lady died. The person I spoke to the first time told me to watch for notifications. The second person today, Lily, tells me they sent a notification telling me to sign a document. This is waiting on me! She stated it was sent 6.1.23.
The only email from levelset is the receipt

June 5th an email telling me my jobs are clear.
Almost $7k wrapped up in this job and I invest $413 for a rushed lien that isn't rushed to those processing the rush.

They are a Scam, do NOT use Levelset

They promised we would have access to an attorney for any questions we have, that is FALSE!! They have a "forum" that you can ask an ambiguous question but you cant be specific about your case. They promise to lien a job, but their representatives have no clue what the criteria's are to lien a job. They do not understand the "recordable date" work was last finished on a job. They tell you to fill out the information and then they submit the documents but have no idea if the information is credible, isn't that why you join Levelset, to help you lien a project. Do NOT SPEND A PENNY ON LEVEL SET!!! THEY ARE A SCAM.
