We filed a lien with Levelset in Mo
We filed a lien with Levelset in Mo. and have been served notice from a bankruptcy attorney that we have a 6 months time to collect on the lien and now we could be liable for damages if we don't remove it because it has expired. Not sure what the advantages of a lien is under these circumstances.

This was a seamless process today
This was a seamless process today. I filled out the form and I didn't put the correct contact information, so Levelset reached out and verified the information to make sure that the form would be sent out in time. I talked to a Lilly and she was very helpful. She answered all of my questions as well as pointed me in the right direction.

Derek was extremely helpful this morning looking into a lien release that was sent to the e-recorder earlier in the week. He investigated the matter immediately and had our portal updated to reflect its completion status. We use levelset on a daily basis and have never been disappointed with the service. We have also referred levelset to multiple other individuals. Great service.
