Amazing customer service after moving into house with Levolor blinds
Moved into a house with Levolor blinds throughout. The blinds looked nice and worked well, but one was missing the wand and stem that plugs into the tilt mechanism. I messaged Levolor customer service via their website to inquire where I could buy replacement parts. They responded promptly, and after getting more information about my blinds, they shipped me not one, but two sets of replacement parts for FREE. Keep in mind I have never purchased anything from them. If this is how they treat strangers, their customers must be in great hands!
