I have read a lot of reviews about Lewken and I really didn't want it to detract away from Lee and his son who were the guys who Lewken sorted to come do our work.
We had Jamie come out to look at what we needed doing and he actually very helpfully suggested an alternative option which was more expensive but absolutely worth it.
The guys also completed some additional plumbing work but they were really lovely and accommodating.
We had water pressure issues one weekend and I messaged Jamie and he was on hand to point me in the right direction as we weren't initially aware the water pressure was due to local water works pressure.
That being said, I emailed Andy several times as we have water on a pipe under our bath and it's been nearly two weeks since he was going to sort it out and still no response.
We've had a few issues and they've sent someone out but since full payment the after care hasn't been as on point as would be expected so hoping someone will be in touch soon to help!

Ben the fitter was polite and courteous and respected our property, he put dust sheets down everywhere and kept us upto date with what he was doing. The installation went well and the new boiler is up and running.

We moved house just before Christmas, we contacted this company and they arrived on time to look at what we wanted and to price the work up, accepted there quote and was told two fitters would be with us on the 23 December, the two fitters turned up on time and we couldn’t fault there workmanship and how effectively they worked, new boiler fitted in a day, we have had a small leek on a radiator that they took off to drain the system, connected the company several times to get this resolved, but nobody is interested in fixing this problem, good company could be a fantastic company if they got there game together with customer service, customer service starts before a job, during a job and crucially after the job, it’s the after the job is done where they fall short

I received a helpful information, professional advice and a quick competitive quote for a new boiler. The staff was patient and enthusiastic. I was able to understand the products better and able to make a right decision.

Leaked group done exactly what they said they would do the engineer came on time completed the Work leaving my house clean and tidy before he left he explained how the boiler works what I had to do and didn’t have to do i’ll highly recommend these I am even going with them for their yearly service plan

Very professional gas fitters Lee and Liam.Worked hard for 2 days and were punctual and tidy.Was alot of work as old boiler had to be scrapped and new one resited. definitely recommend this company.

From an initial enquiry to a then urgent 'I need you to fit a new boiler in the week before Christmas' the service was excellent.
Andy talked me through all the options and managed to get a date within 2 days.
The fitter was excellent, he put in a very long day to get the job done, was helpful and reassuring through the process and also fitted a new light where the boiler was located as the old one smashed in taking the old boiler out.
Having to urgently get heating and hot water, I can not recommend Lewken enough for making the process so easy - at a very competitive price.

The work was carried out to a high standard.
He cleaned up and removed all the waste.
Before leaving he made sure the new boiler was working correctly and had no leaks.
No question was left unanswered, making sure I fully understood how it all worked.
100% satisfied.

I found this company does a very hard sale, but post installation customer support is non existent. I had a new boiler installed last year which had issues after a few months, I had to get another company to come and sort it out. I was stuck with no hot water or heating, and between this company and the warranty disagreeing on whose responsibility it was.

Lewken replaced the aged central heating combi boiler in my house. From start to finish it was a pleasure. They visited to assess my installation, ensure that it was up to standard and generate a fixed price quote on the spot that satisfied my needs.
After agreeing the details and date the technician arrived and completed the works cleanly, quickly and effectively.

Fitters arrived got straight into the job,slight delay with boiler arriving wasn't a problem ,done an excellent job very reasonable price I would recommend this company .10 out of 10 .

Fast response and very professional service. They called me back straight away once I got in touch and came to assess the same afternoon and arranged for a new boiler to be installed as soon as possible. Great prices as well and friendly team. They also managed to fix several tricky issues that came with the installation. Would highly recommend!

Great guy that came to install. Very professional. He did a first class job. Very clean pipework and he replaced some of the old dodgy plastic piping with new brass. Even left us some spare descaler. Boiler is top notch. Lewkens just loses a point from me as the boiler wasn’t delivered on time and we had the water off for quite a while.

Jamie and Andy have provided 5 star service. They were not the cheapest quote, but I knew I had made the right choice for the boiler replacement company and also the right boiler.
Mason carried out the work in a very professional manner. The finished job very neat with the new boiler and the changes necessary in the airing cupboard. Mason explained the operation of the new boiler very easily and I would therefore always strongly recommend Lewken Plumbing and Heating to anyone interested.

Our previous boiler was over 12 years old and was starting to become troublesome. My wife and I felt that it would probably be false economy to have it serviced, repaired and the system flushed out etc. We made enquiries online to get some idea of the likely cost and were pleased that Lewken Plumbing and Heating who are based less than 20 miles away responded very quickly. We had phone calls and confirmation that their representative Jamie would visit us yesterday to assess our requirements and explain what packages he recommended.
He took time to explain the company's offers and happily answered any questions that we raised.
A very easy, not pushy, professional, knowledgeable and confident presentation.
We agreed to go ahead, paid the deposit and the cheerful 2 fitters arrived this morning to take out the old boiler, carry out all the scheduled work and fit the new boiler. Once it was fitted and tested, the mess and scrap cleared away they explained the key points to me. The installation was very neat and tidy and completed comfortably within 1 day.
Based on the service received from their office, representative, the fitters, speed of installation and the all in very competitive price, I would not hesitate to recommend Lewken Plumbing and Heating to anyone requiring a new boiler.
