Jamie provided a real 5 star service. He responded to our request within 12 hours and made a home visit and went through all the options. He was clearly intent on providing a real value for money installation. He had us booked in within 4 days and his heating engineer Gary got the job done to an exacting standard. He spent the time explaining how the boiler worked alongside the hive system and left our house clean and tidy. Cannot recommends the guys at Lewken enough. Top job.

We recently had our boiler replaced to a combi boiler with a hive system fitted and extra pipework for a new radiator.
Gary the engineer that completed the work was very professional and worked very hard to complete the job in 2 days.

Old boiler system removed and new combi installed 2 days after quotation and well in time for Christmas. They even allowed me to wait till pay day for payment. Jamie gave us a quote on Friday (our boiler had broken down twice and could not be repaired) and they were able to install a new Vaillant boiler on the Monday. Alex and Brandon were very polite, neat and efficient and had everything completed in the one day. They were friendly, cheerful and left our home clean and tidy.

Jamie was welcome to replace our old boiler into excellent new system boiler. I want to say “ his management skills to properly install system boiler and good finishing”. We are happy.

Lewken were amazing from start to finish! We had an emergency as our boiler broke down and Jamie responded quickly to us, surveyed what we needed and managed to get us a new boiler installed the next day! We have a 10 week old baby at home so we needed our heating and hot water back ASAP. His fitters were pleasant, friendly and very tidy. I'd recommend them to anyone!

From the quotation to the installation it all went great. The two engineers who carried out the work arrived on time and started work immediately. They help move some item that was in the way. Before I knew it the old boiler was out and the new one put in place. All the radiator valves were replaced the system cleaned. The new "Hive" controller was installed and I was instructed how to use it. The work was carried out very professionally without fuss or any mess left. Would have no hesitation in recommending them. A job well done and I am very pleased.
