Scam
Be aware none of their phone numbers work. None....the send you to the website. You can only chat and they will only send a email response. They will not answer your questions in the chat. Ordered 2 boot kits for lexus. Sent 1 box with tracking for 1 boot. Told them they only sent 1 and I provided pictures of box and tracking number. Their shipping department said they shipped 2. If they shipped 2, both would be in 1 box NOT shipped separately in 1 small box. Businesses that show a customer service phone numbers but you cannot talk to anyone is a scam and you have been warned.

Terrible return policy
Lexus Parts Now sold me the wrong front struts through their own online parts selection system, and I had no way of knowing until I sat down to install them by which point their conveniently short return window had already closed. That narrow window is no accident; they designed to run out before customers can catch an error, so the company never has to honor a return or exchange.
I'm not asking for anything unreasonable. The part is brand new, unopened, in its original box, and their system picked it wrong. I simply want to swap it for the correct one, and customer service flatly refused.
Lexus Parts Now is quick to pull you in with promotions and buy now urgency, but the moment you need support, they're a wall. One of the worst experiences I've had in years, and a clear sign they care more about profits than the customers they depend on.

Thermostat arrived without the rubber…
Thermostat arrived without the rubber gasket as shown in your photo. The photo clearly shows the gasket on the thermostat. I called and was told to send a picture of the missing part . Like that is possible. Anyway y’all wanted me to jump through hoops for a 6 dollar part. I decided screw it and bought a gasket from Oriellys.
