HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES I’ve given them second chances and it gets worse every time. The latest, I pay for overnight shipping, three days later a return label is made, and three days after that it finally ships. The entire time I’m trying to get ahold of someone via email and they didn’t care to make the situation right AT ALL. You realize when someone selects an overnight shipment option, they think they will get it one maybe two or three days max. Not OVER A WEEK. The lack of customer service care they provide is astounding. They literally don’t care at all doing this and don’t care to make it right. It’s borderline a scam. No info that it will take over a week when you overnight something. It really isn’t that hard to do the right thing as a company. Unbelievable. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. This company is terrible to deal with.

EDIT: funny how you mention that AFTER the order is already placed, scammer. What do you honestly think someone expects when they select O V E R N I G H T S H I P P I N G? Do you think that means you will get what you ordered OVER a week later? Honestly that’s how you run a business? You have no problem running your company like that? That’s the right thing to do?! You guys yet again amaze me in how HORRIBLE YOU ARE. This is a SCAM. Also in the past I’ve purchased items that weigh next to nothing, grams…can’t even feel the weight of the part on your hand…yet you charge another $15-$20 in shipping?! IVE GIVEN YOU MANY CHANCES (“next time we will do better”) to do the right thing with many orders leaving me disappointed but this is a bad theme you seem to carry on with. I won’t use your horrible company ever again. You are SCAMMERS. You are a horrible company.

They sent me the wrong part and then charged me a restocking fee.

The part they sold me was advertised to fit my vehicle. When it arrived it was immediately obvious it was the wrong part. First they denied my return then they accepted it but charged me return shipping and a restocking fee! It's not my fault their website was wrong.

Purchased a small part. They gave USPS the wrong address which caused a return to sender. Now they're forcing a 20% restocking fee and not refunding shipping. Apparently this is a thing with them. What a scam. They're in the Better Business Bureau as Original Parts Giant right now.

EDIT: In reply to their reply. My order confirmation shows the correct address. Their phone support told me the correct address listed on the order. USPS told me a digit in my address was wrong and it was also missing my unit designation. The problem is ToyotaPartsDeal passing their error, or their issues with USPS, onto me. The package literally never touched my mailbox, despite me entering a correct address when ordering, and yet I have to pay a restocking fee and I won't get shipping refunded. Phone support even went so far as to tell me I need to deal with USPS myself. What good will that do when USPS doesn't even have the package anymore?

I ordered 3 vavle cover bolts at a cost of $5 + $13 to ship UPSP ground. I only needed one but the shipping cost was still $13 so I ordered 3. The package arrived with the wrong size bolts. I called multiple times to be told each time the matter would be submitted for review. Each time it was denied because "the $ amount of the purchase was below $5". I also submitted what they call an RMA online with the final one including a picture of their received package next to one of the other valve cover bolts with a message to simply send the right bolts or issue a return of my money. All 3 of those RMAs came back via email as denied. The last one with no returnable response. I called one last time requesting a refund and was told once once again it would be submitted for review.

ADDENDUM POST RESPONSE:

For anyone who would like to verify this guy's response- which makes no sense at all- I ordered part number 90105-06202. Anyone can look it up. The bolt is roughly 1.25 inches. The ones I received are 2 inches and are under a totally different part #, either 90109-06307 OR 90126-A0020. My vin# doesn't change that and has nothing to do with the matter. My next step, which I recommend to anyone else in a similar situation, is to report them to The Better Business Bureau via their parent company Original Parts Giant, Inc. where they will be forced to respond more appropriately.

Company advertises an air conditioning compressor for a 1985 Toyota MR2 as being "new." But when it arrives the box and packing slip show it was remanufactured. Unless ToyotaPartsDeal.com has changed the English language, remanufactured is not new. It is also more expensive than other parts' sites which show their compressors as being remanufactured.

Ordered 5 items without consulting me they shipped only three charged me shipping on all. If you don't have an item don't have it for sale and if you run out contact customer before assuming you know what they want to do with a changed order.

I ordered 6 of the same spark plugs by part number. They sent me 2 of the correct parts, and 4 random spark plugs that do not work for my vehicle, and have nothing to do with the ordered part number. They just grabbed something random off the shelf, or someone put it back in the wrong bin. After multiple attempts with the RMA department, Because it is an unopened electrical part, I just loose. Even though it is 100 percent their fault. They will not accept any responsibility. I cannot return it, get the parts I ordered, or get my money back. If you correctly order brake pads, but they screw up and send you a spark plug instead. You loose your money, and do not get the part you ordered.

I entered the additional information on Trustpilot within 1-2 days of the request. I have not heard back from anyone.

Having a oem part delivered right from "Toyota", that's awesome. Toyota's parts infrastructure has become a nightmare for older model owners at the dealership. Keep filling the niche, thank you.

I ordered a part from the website, a driver's side mirror. The part I ordered showed a silver colored mirror in the images and the description clearly indicated a silver colored mirror. There is small print on the webpage that says the part I ordered is superseded by a different part number, but nowhere did it say the superseded part number was a different color. I received a black colored mirror. After two weeks of trying to complete an "RMA" (Return Merchandise Authorization) only to be told I would be responsible for the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. When I called to dispute the fees, they said it was my responsibility as a consumer to check the superseded part number to ensure it was in fact what I wanted to order.

Item was a good fit my vehicle

I ordered something for my Toyota echo 2001 I couldn’t find it anywhere. Toyota doesn’t make it anymore. It’s weatherstripping under the engine there so water doesn’t drip down on my plugs like it did and file them out and it came quickly. Yes it was expensive but I got it and I’m thankful and I would recommend them right away. It didn’t take long to get it some people if they had it which they didn’t was gonna take three weeks to get it so I’m very very happy if you need a part definitely definitely use this site because you’ll be satisfied.

I got exactly the OEM gas cap I ordered, at a reasonable price and the shipping was fast. Finding the right part and ordering was easy breezy too. What more could you ask for when ordering online. Happy as a clam.

I ordered a trailer wiring harness in which the picture did not show all the pieces stated in the listing. The order did not contain converter assembly-fusing cables & connectors as advertised. Contacted them about issues with no remedy at all! No completion of order or refund offered.

Please do not package valuable head gaskets by bending them in the packaging so you can save on the shipping.

The packaging was great but there were fins on the radiator on arrival that were bent. I could not afford more time to correct it or bother reporting it. Several spots covering a total of about 4 square inches on one side.

Parts at fair price.
I wish it was easier to find parts you need and more info on install.

had wrong part number, realized and requested they replace with correct one, they had me take pictures and get serial numbers and fill out a form for the correct serial number then Denied because it was an electrical part which was still in the packaging didn't even open.
