Straight up a scam company. They sent the wrong item, won't send the correct item, won't refund me.

Just stay away. they will take your money, they will ignore you, they will scam you.

update:
Company just sent me a notice to send the item back, but if its not the correct item they won't refund me. We'll you didnt send me the item you want me to send back. So that cant happen.

They then sent me an email telling me to delete this review. Thats not going to happen. You won't fix your error, and you are still refusing to give me a refund. So is there a way to remove the 1 star you have?

Add to that, your site shows all your great Google Reviews, only Google doesn't have a review page for you.

100% scam company, information passed on to a lawyer, deal with them, im done with you scammers

Tried to talk to an actual person about an issue I had trying to check out. Couldn't get past the bot chat or get a real person on the phone. Didn't buy from them. I wouldn't trust this site after what I experienced. Response to your reply: that is the number I tried. I couldn't talk to a real person. Why would I try it again just to go around on you phone tree?

Usually, I buy parts for my cars from RockAuto⁠�, but whenever they don't have what I need, I come to you. Your service is excellent! Recently, I bought OEM window seals for my Frontier, and they fit perfectly. I couldn't be happier. Love you guys! 😊

I am sorry to leave this because I am sure we will use you again, but the product received was not the complete kit and for about $100 I would have expected it to have (and thought it did) have the exterior plastic stays on it. If I am missing something, I am glad to remediate review.

Order a part for my 2017 Nissan frontier. Same part number match two different parts try to get verification and I was hooked up with Ai. They confirmed it was the part I needed, but it wasn’t trying to reach somebody for help was literally impossible. I ended up stuck with the $35 part and went elsewhere to get what I needed never ever use this company again.

They had everything I needed except for one item. It all came in an acceptable amount of time.

The website was very specific so finding the exact vacuum line was easy. The cost and shipping went very well and using for the first time was a good experience. Thank you Nissan Parts Direct for such a useful and needed website 👍.
