I like everything about the trailer, but there are a couple of things that would be an improvement, in my opinion. 1. Add D-rings 2. Bi-fold rear gate with hydraulic assist rods.
The trailer is well made. However, the pin for the hitch came with only one key, and when I got the trailer home, it wasn't the right key. However, Liberty sent a new replacement pin right away, af... Voir plus

I strongly advise Unprofessional, Unsafe, and Costly – Avoid at All Costs considering…
I strongly advise anyone considering renting from this company to look elsewhere. My experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish, characterized by disgraceful customer service and complete disregard for safety.
To begin with, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. When picking up the equipment, I was met with zero professionalism and an attitude that suggested my business was an inconvenience to them.
The state of the equipment was unacceptable. The trailers were severely rusted and clearly lacked basic maintenance. To make matters worse, I was handed a trailer with deflated tires, which is a major safety hazard and completely negligent on their part.
The equipment issues ultimately led to a breakdown on the road. Not only did I have to pay out of pocket for towing costs, but the delay directly caused me to miss out on valuable business opportunities. When I brought these serious issues to their attention, they refused to take responsibility or offer proper support.
This company is unreliable, unsafe, and displays zero accountability for the financial loss and disruption they cause paying customers. Save yourself the headache and your money—do not rent from them.

Hello Jason, thank you for taking the time to share this. We want to make sure you're able to get this resolved, but we believe there may be some confusion here.
Liberty Trailers is a trailer manufacturer, we don't rent trailers or interact directly with end customers, we sell exclusively through independent dealers. It's possible your experience was with one of our dealers or with an unrelated company.
If you can share more details (location, dealer name, or where you rented from), we're happy to help point you in the right direction.
You can also find your nearest authorized Liberty Trailers dealer here: https://libertytrailers.com/find-a-dealer/

Disappointed in trailer for what paid for it. Toolbox lid very hard to open. 2 zerks on lid were gone and 3rd one was barely hanging on. Had to tap threads on all 3 with new zerks. Tried to grease still wouldn’t take don’t think enough clearance in hinges or too much powder coat. There is a shake in trailer loaded and empty you can see it at gooseneck hitch. Not sure if axles out alignment or what but never noticed it on other goosenecks. Trailer does seem be built well but probably wouldn’t buy again without problems solved. Dealership turned in warranty and wanted me to bring it back to them but I’m 2 1/2 hours away and not going to do that

Hello Austin, we know this is frustrating, and just want to say thank you for reaching out to your dealer first and trying to follow the proper channels.
I'm sorry they didn't have a satisfactory solution to offer you, and I've passed your information along to our warranty team again, to see what other options might be available outside of the established warranty procedure.
Thank you for your time and patience as we get this taken care of. We are always working to improve, and the feedback is genuinely appreciated.

Overall the sale went good however I see the inside of my brand new trailer tool box area is rusted. The key to the lock had been left on the trailer causing it to rust into the locking patented hitch. I no longer can remove the lock.

Hi Joshua,
Thank you for the review, and congratulations on your new trailer. Rust in the toolbox and a stuck lock are not what we want you dealing with on a brand new trailer. Here's how to get this handled:
Email warranty@libertytrailers.com to start a warranty claim.
Have these ready: your trailer model, VIN, original bill of sale, a short description of the issue, and photos of the toolbox rust and the lock.
Once the claim is submitted, our team will review it and follow up with you on next steps. Thanks for letting us know.
The Liberty Trailers Team

Great service
Had purchased a trailer and shortly after the trailer had manufacturer defects. They looked everything over and offered a Liberty trailer with better axles and frame. Has been working great ever since and plan to purchase more Liberty trailer’s to hall more equipment.
